MyChart is a convenient and secure electronic online portal which you can access from a computer, tablet, or cell phone. Your MyChart account is always up to date and gives you easy access to the following tools:
- Lab and test results
- Schedule appointments
- Refill medications
- Access and print your medical records
- Your medical history and records
- Your immunization records
- Your list of allergies
- Request and check on referrals
- Information about your upcoming or past appointments
- Your list of medications
- Preventative care you are due for
- Send a message to your medical office or physician
- Turnaround time is approximately two to three days
- If you have not heard back within three days, please call your physician’s office
MyChart is NOT for use in urgent or emergencies. In case of emergency, call 911.
