A sincere thank you to Dr. Lau for consistently taking the time to address my questions and truly listen to my hesitations without judgment or pressure. Your patience, understanding, and willingness to have open, respectful conversations mean a lot as a parent. I appreciate his respectful dialogue on the HPV vaccine. Dr. Lau also provided a lot of validation and support when my child had to be referred to an ophthalmologist back in August. It makes a difference to feel heard and supported while making important decisions for my child's health. I'm deeply grateful for the care and compassion.

Dr Lau was excellent in every way - so thorough, helpful, kind & knowledgeable. Gave us plenty of time and expert advice. Very grateful that we were able to consult with him for our son.

Dr Lau was impressive. He fit us in even after the office said they couldn't. He saved us the normal Urgent Care visit and followed up on the phone after I had a pharmacy issue. We'd like to switch to him if possible.

Dr. Lau is the absolute best!! We moved to Orange County for a short period of time and commuted to his office. We couldn't imagine having any other pediatrician for our daughter.

Reception on the phone is very unfriendly and quick and not helpful. For a number of years this is mostly the case. Very hard to get a call backs from the physicans assistant. However, the physicians and the nurses are spectacular which is the only reason we have never changed offices.

Couldn't be happier with our visit.
