I have always had a very pleasant experience with everyone in this office from the front desk to the nurses to Dr Shapiro. In my experience with other offices, it's rare to find all 3 working together so well.

We recently moved from a different provider that we liked to dr Shapiro bc of a change in insurance. We love dr Shapiro and won't go back to our old practice even if possible by insurance.

Dr Shapiro is the best. I've been seeing her for about 8 years and all my children are under her care. I drive a long way to see her, because she really is the best. She listens, helps and advises. Can't ever say enough things about her, she's wonderful! !

I just wanna say "Dr Amy Shapiro is the best child care provider!"

Dr. Shapiro is great. The front desk ladies are rude, depending on who you get.Also, the nurse that is assigned to Dr. Shapiro is rude. My kids asked to switch doctors because they don't like how the nurse treats them especially administering shots.

Dr. Shapiro is very kind and carrying. She always answers all of my concerns and questions promptly, even over the weekend. She cares very much for her patients and refers to specialists, gives great direction that are easy to follow and I trust her with my daughter's health completely.

Reception and nurse who took my daughters vitals were great. At a previous practice I liked the doctor but not the rest of the staff so this stood out for me.
