Dr. Saeki has been my primary care doctor since I was eighteen years old. I am now forty five years old and feel beyond fortunate to have found a highly skilled and empathetic doctor like herself. Dr. Saeki has always been available to help me to make medical decisions that I feel comfortable with because she knows me well and takes time to listen to my concerns, without interruptions or appearing to be overwhelmed to have to see other patients.

Dr. Saeki is great. She's thorough, asks good questions, provides good responses to my questions, and caring. On the other hand, I rely on her expertise so I wish she would be more definitive about what she recommends rather than me having to evaluate complicated medical options.

I love this provider but it takes months to get an appointment and there is a short window so I had to take work off because there are no appointments in the late afternoon.

I had a followup correction to my medical record that I submitted to my doctor via emessage on MyChart and she replied quickly. I appreciate being able to communicate with my providers via emessage rather than calling and interrupting work flow for something that needs attention but is not urgent.

I really appreciate Dr Saeki's open-minded willingness to see if I could control my LDL with diet alone. She seems on top of my medical records and is responsive to my requests via the portal or phone. All of her staff are extremely positive and efficient. This was my first visit to this doctor and to this medical office in Santa Monica - so much better than my experience at the Playa Vista location. I will drive the extra mile to visit Santa Monica instead. I also like my interaction with Dr. Saeki as she really listens to your concerns and questions.

Dr Saeki has great bedside manner. One thing I didn't receive at my annual wellness check was a urine test. I thought they were standard but maybe it was something that I needed to ask for. Also I didn't know I was due for a colon cancer screen till I was overdue for one.

She also gets back to me promptly when I ask for prescription refills or have questions between appointments, and she listens and discusses health issues without patronizing. This is extremely helpful, because it results in more of a team effort to address any health issues that I have. I also think the quality of her staff has improved since she became affiliated with Providence Saint John's.
