I sent a message through the app asking questions about some symptoms my child was experiencing and was called quickly after to help talk me though next steps. I was super happy with the response and the turnaround time!

I'm am very satisfied and pleased with the service and care that is provided to my son. Dr. Vania Nguyen is thorough, her team and staff are very responsive, my sons chart is always up to date, Dr. Nguyen is extremely kind, and overall provides excellent care. I recently changed jobs and when searching for opportunities I made sure that the prospective job opportunities provided insurance benefits that aligned with the insurance companies that Dr. Nguyen accepted at her office. I'm very confident that my son receives the best possible care with Dr. Nguyen.

Dr. Nguyen was extremely kind, helpful and listened to my concerns regarding my daughter's health. She was the ONE doctor my daughter needed to get the right treatment and medication to ease my daughter's ongoing cough. She did the right tests and ordered X-rays to make sure my daughter's lungs weren't compromised. She prescribed the right medication and overall my spouse and I are very satisfied and relieved that finally someone (Dr. Nguyen) took the time to evaluate our daughter. Please thank Dr. Nguyen for an exceptional service.

Everything was great from arrival to exit. It was so nice of Dr Nguyen to give us time after the appointment in the exam room to breastfeed and take our time in leaving. She answered our concerns thoroughly and with care.

Dr. Vania Nguyen is amazing. She is always very kind and respectful to me and my children. She listens to them without judgment, answers all of our questions thoughtfully, and always provides excellent care and great referrals when necessary.

As a concerned parent about vaccines specifically, Dr. Nuygen has eased my anxiety by allowing me to set my son's vaccine schedule as well as advice on when to have them administered by and why each one is important.

Not only did she check my child for the issue I thought he was having, but she did a thorough exam to rule out any other issues and then took ample time to answer all my questions in a compassionate, easy-to-understand way. She listened to me and we had an informative conversation about the past, present and future of my child's medical care. She was a wonderful doctor and I can't recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Nuygen is very experienced calm and knowledgeable. She assured me that my baby was good after I stated my concerns and ordered a blood test to ease my mind. I got results same day within a couple hours.
