I have a chronic illness - and Dr K is great at keeping me calm, informed, and healthy. His extreme expertise and reassuring professionalism, combined with a a pragmatic approach, has proven him to be the ideal oncologist for me.

Doctor seems to care to get me stable and consistent . Not sure he knows my body like my primary but I feel confident with him to explore what can be done for me I amVery fearful after having 2 strokes do not want to be a ping ball thought on what to do.

Was originally referred to St John's for melanoma and was put into a clinical study and have been going twice a year for 5 years. The care and understanding has been very good and I would definitely, already have, recommend St John's.

The provider I am currently seeing the most is my hematologist/oncologist since that is the health issue I am dealing with. He is excellent. He contacts me quickly with test results.Whenever I contact him he gets back to me quickly and personally. I think he's outstanding in his profession. Every Providence care provider I have seen has been excellent with the acception of the first primary care physician I had contact with. I saw her once and would never want to see a doctor like her again in my life. She is the only exception in the excellent care I've received from Providence providers, including emergency room doctors and personnel. Top notch all of them. (Excluding the one.)

Dr. Kristedja treated me through a very difficult condition. He was always comforting and encouraging through my care. He was knowledgeable and informative and always answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed and always felt that he spent as much time with me as was needed. Additionally, when good test results came in, he emailed me right away to make sure I saw them right away instead of waiting until my next visit or waiting until I saw it in my portal. He's an oncologist who's treating me for lung cancer. He listens to me, answers my questions in a professional and kind manner, and where there are unknowables he doesn't make anything up which I truly appreciate. Dr. Tim, his nursing staff & everyone in the office is terrific! Dr. Tim is wonderful, I feel extremally lucky to have him be the quarterback of the team on my journey to defeat my recent diagnosis of multiple myeloma. He explains things and answer questions so my wife and I understand what is going on.

Doctor was well informed and shared appropriate information with me about my blood test results. He also told me what to expect and discussed my understanding of symptoms.

Dr. Kristedja has a very calming manner. He listened carefully, asked follow up questions, and made suggestions of other doctors who may be able to get to the root of the problem, rather than just treating symptoms.

The doctor takes time to talk to his patients and he listens. The nurses are kind and also patient.

This is a specialty office - Hematology / Oncology. I have a chronic cancer similar to Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, and see Dr. K every three months. He's very calm and pragmatic, and demonstrates an extremely high degree of expertise (from my pov) which gives me a great comfort and confidence. Some of the questions in this survey don't seem to exactly apply to my unique situation, nor to my relationship with this specific clinic and doctor. I have never had ANY bad experience with them - it's been quite a positive journey so far, particularly considering my illness.

The provider was fine and very helpful, but the staff less so. I tried today to change my appt. today after setting one up later, but nobody got back to me. I specifically said that I wanted it to be a bit earlier because I was having more pain. She agreed to let me know but no answer so far.
