Dr. Shah is a wonderful and kind doctor.

Dr. Shah was very patient and thorough in explaining my new condition. I feel like he ordered all of the appropriate follow-up tests, and I am optimistic about the care he will provide.

They saw me very quickly when I went to the office. The doctor had all my medical records and blood test results available to share with me went over all Items I wanted to discuss

I am extremely fortunate to have Dr. Tarik as my doctor. He is meticulously familiar with my records, pays attention to the ones that needs improvement and also discusses where I am doing well. He is amazingly very thorough with his advice, which makes me know that he is treating both, the person and the illness, which makes me feel I am being well taken care of.

Dr. Shah is attentive, communicative, informative and kind. He has offered me hospital nutritional training and the ability to take a "Kidney Smart" educational course, in part because I ask a lot of questions! He is the best nephrologist I have had since I have been suffering from CKD since the 1990's.

I am a nurse practitioner and Dr Shah was respectful of my clinical background while allowing me to just be a patient. I did not feel he skipped over teaching relevant info nor did he assume I know everything about renal care. I appreciate his approach both as a colleague and patient.

Dr. Shah always gets labs done within days before my appointment so he can track my progress details frequently. He is respectful towards me, always courteous and helpful. I feel with his monitoring and my own new meds from him, that I agree with him that together, we can possibly keep me from dialysis. I feel confident under his care.

Dr Tariq was thorough in his explanation was very detailed and took his time explaining. I've never been in an office for an hour going over medical information.

Please note that Dr. Shah is a an extremely dedicated physician. He has gathered information from over ten years where a lab test (not connected with Saint John's Health Center) showed I had Chronic Kidney Disease but, unfortunately, no follow follow-up appointments were made. I am not only grateful that Dr. Shah's intense interest in my health and zealous dedication to his practice was the element that completed the missing link that brought about the right diagnosis to what was ailing me for such a long, long time. Dr. Shah is a true healer.

Doctor Gordon always calls me with the results of my tests and exams very promptly - even at 9PM at night!! He is a gem . .

There were no bad experiences related to Dr. Gordon. He was very thorough in his questioning about my condition, stage three kidney disease and other physical problems. There has been recent attention paid to a heart murmur and Dr. Gordon followed through with a physical exam to listen to my heart. He knew this new information was important to me and I do appreciate his acknowledgement of it.

Dr Gordon was the most through knowledgeable and helpful MD I have seen this past year. And I have seen at least 12 doctors! Hospitalized twice!
