Dr Ramji has been my doctor for many years because she has always been excellent at meeting my healthcare needs.

Dr. Ramji is a doctor who cares about her patients and understands life throws curves into our lives and works to make my life easier. Some of her reception staff go the extra mile and others do the minimum. I believe there is an office manager in the building who should be overseeing these other staff members so Dr.Ramji can focus on her treating her patients instead of following up on staff who don't follow-up what patients ask for ex: referrals, prescriptions.

Dr. Ramji and her office staff treat me with respect and preserve my privacy by not calling out my last name in front of a room full of strangers sitting in the waiting room. Providence should make this a policy priority for staff/receptionists and nurses in ALL their doctors' offices.

Of course, she said no problem, but what was absolutely remarkable is that Dr Ramji is the Very First Doctor who explained the form to me! I have so many of these forms and I have Never had Any of my Doctors Actually Show me what I needed to be aware of, like taking notice of, "Today's Notes!"I am forever grateful to her for taking the time to walk me out, wait for the forms to be printed, and then Showing me what I needed to follow through on! Phenomenal, I cannot tell you what this has meant to me, I know it sounds daft, but when your overwhelmed by so much information, and I'm trying to write it out on my cell phone, only my Doctor took a minute to help me! I like that Dr. Shahira always pays close attention to me when I describe my health issues and acts on then right away. She's also cooperative when it comes to referring me to specialists... Except when I asked for a pulmonologist - because of my history of asthma - she said there was no need... She could take care of me .. Which she has done so far.

Dr. Ramji is easy to work with. Getting the phone answered by the office staff and an appointment made is difficult and unpleasant most of the time!

Dr. Ramji is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and takes her time to listen to your concerns. Her staff takes a while to answer emails that aren't stat, but still needs answers. Some receptionists were nice, others didn't really care that I was there. Everyone should wear LARGE name tags so patients can give positive or negative feedback.

Dr Ramji is new to me and very good thus far. Will know more in the coming months but very happy with her care.

Dr. Ramji listened carefully to me, washed her hands in front of me before the exam, and made sure I knew to follow up with her with any concerns. She checked on the resolution of an issue I had seen her for some months prior even though I hadn't mentioned it. She's very thorough, with a very gentle, caring, and compassionate style. I really feel like she cares about me as a person, not just as a patient--highly recommended!

I love dr ramji. She is always attentive and spends the time needed to make sure issues are addressed. The staff not so much. I contacted the office 3/1 to get a prescription refilled and I was specific as to the date it was ordered. Instead of looking in my chart, they bounced it back to me asking what rx?

Dr. Ramji is always exceptional. She remembers your personal history, remembers your past interactions with her and shows a genuine concern and interest in your wellbeing. The difference between a good doctor and a bad one often boils down to their ability to relate and show empathy. The medical knowledge is something that any doctor should be able to offer at a base level, it's the personal care that people like Dr. Ramji offers that set them above the rest. I also want to say the support staff was great as well. Fast, friendly and efficient. The waiting room was empty, I was shown a room within a minute of arriving - the whole process was as smooth as you could hope for during COVID times. A well oiled machine.
