Wonderful doctor

I've had this physician for quite some time and she has always been attentive to my needs. I'm actually having a video meeting with her on Friday to discuss the results of my blood tests. Also, one of my medications is not available and she was going to research a possible replacement.

Dr. Ramji is a doctor who cares about her patients and understands life throws curves into our lives and works to make my life easier. Some of her reception staff go the extra mile and others do the minimum. I believe there is an office manager in the building who should be overseeing these other staff members so Dr.Ramji can focus on her treating her patients instead of following up on staff who don't follow-up what patients ask for ex: referrals, prescriptions.

I contacted the office 3/1 to get a prescription refilled and I was specific as to the date it was ordered. Instead of looking in my chart, they bounced it back to me asking what rx?

The difference between a good doctor and a bad one often boils down to their ability to relate and show empathy. The medical knowledge is something that any doctor should be able to offer at a base level, it's the personal care that people like Dr. Ramji offers that set them above the rest. I also want to say the support staff was great as well. Fast, friendly and efficient. The waiting room was empty, I was shown a room within a minute of arriving - the whole process was as smooth as you could hope for during COVID times. A well oiled machine.
