I waited 45 minutes after entering the room waiting for doctor to enter. The long wait is my only disappointment. I enjoyed my actual time with the doctor.

Everything was excellent. From check in to leaving everyone was polite and efficient. The doctor is amazing.

Dr Van der Zee is the most caring and compassionate Dr I've ever had. She creates a safe space where I feel like we are equal, not like some other providers I've had who can be authoritative. She really listens to me, makes me feel seen and heard. Those qualities are special in a physician. If only she could be my PCP!

The staff Is welcoming and accommodating, and the techs have been more than happy to walk me through procedures/testing.
