I have stayed at this practice for about fifty years now!

Dr. Sara Klevens is a great listener, is empathic, and was quite supportive when I was in between Primary Care Physicians, and was able to help me with continuity of Rx.

Dr Klevens is very knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to, simply the best!

Dr. Sara Klevens is a great OB/Gyn who cares very much about her patients and looks holistically at solutions.

Dr. Klevens is a fabulous doctor and I truly well cared for her. The one thing that I have found doesn't work well is when you do "call" and leave a message for her with her assistant. As sometimes, you don't get a response for days. But if you are willing to go thru the Providence portal and message them, you usually get a response by the next day, and sometimes even the same day, which of course would always be nice but I understand that the doctor is busy. So if her assistant can respond same day that is helpful. Otherwise the office is great and efficient.

Dr. Klevens is THE BEST! She listens to me and makes me feel like she cares about my well being. The people at the front desk are hit or miss. Sometimes I feel like I'm annoying them by just being there to check in.

Dr. Klevens and her team have always been a helpful, knowledgeable source of health and information for me. I fully trust the whole team and feel I am receiving great care. The only aspect that is sometimes confusing is the scheduling of appointments - sometimes the assistants in the office don't seem to know how to schedule multiple concerns/checkups into one appointment and make the schedule more complicated than it needs to be.

I was amazed and very happy that my new doctor, Dr. Klevens, who I had never seen, took such time and care with me. My previous doctor had recently died, so I was apprehensive. Dr. Klevens made me feel deeply reassured and that I am now, again, in great hands.

I had to wait longer than normal for my ultrasound for this appointment, which caused delays. Provider is very responsive through email, but not as much through phone messages to the nurse. All in all Dr Klevens is really and truly a 10/10. She's amazing and I trust her fully.

I cannot imagine seeing anyone other than Dr. Klevens: I have been her patient for the last 16 years. She is exceptional in every way, and always shows kindness, concern, empathy and professionalism during my visits. Dr Klevens is an excellent provider. Any inconveniences in the office are outweighed by how helpful Dr Klevens is. It is sometimes tricky getting scheduled for appointments and I did leave a question for her assistant that was never responded to.

The one time she had to leave for an emergency and I saw another doctor, I had a much less pleasant experience. I'd recommend dr klevens to anyone.

The only thing I didn't love was that the soonest appointment I was months away. Next time, I will be able to make an appointment earlier now that I know it takes months to get on her schedule.

Dr. Klevens is great but the front desk staff is not very friendly. They don't acknowledge you when you arrive even if you are standing right in front of them. They still carry on their personal conversations with each other and then they will start speaking to you once they are done. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Klevens is so caring, thoughtful and smart and listened to all my questions - this was my time ever for a prenatal ultrasound at 8 weeks, so I had no idea what I was in for. She answered every question I had thoroughly and I'm so lucky that my friend recommended her.
