Dr. Sagie De Guzman is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in men’s sexual health and urologic oncology at Providence Saint John’s Cancer Institute in Santa Monica. He provides expert evaluation and treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED), post-prostatectomy sexual dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, testosterone deficiency, and other male sexual health concerns.
Dr. De Guzman understands that sexual health is deeply connected to identity, relationships, and overall quality of life. He offers discreet, evidence-based care in a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns. His approach combines advanced diagnostics, individualized treatment plans, and the latest therapeutic options—including oral medications, intracavernosal injection therapy, penile rehabilitation strategies after prostate cancer treatment, and comprehensive sexual health counseling.
With a doctoral background in nursing research and extensive experience in urologic oncology, Dr. De Guzman has particular expertise in helping men recover sexual function after prostate cancer surgery and other cancer treatments. He works closely with surgeons, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. De Guzman is a national speaker and educator in advanced practice nursing and male sexual health. His mission is to restore confidence, function, and quality of life for men navigating both cancer-related and non-cancer-related sexual health challenges.
