Dr. Bedford is knowledgeable, compassionate, dedicated and hardworking. He is a fantastic doctor that goes the extra distance to answer questions/concerns timely, make appropriate referrals and troubleshoot problems. I really depend upon his care, and consider myself lucky to be his patient.

Dr. Bedford is immensely helpful with a very difficult-to-treat condition I have. He is calm and thorough in his communication with me, and when I leave an appointment with him I feel confident, well informed, and have been given the opportunity to ask any questions I have.

Dr. Bedford is a wonderful doctor. His depth of knowledge and calming "bedside manner" give one confidence in his diagnosis.

The visit itself is always amazing working with Dr Bedford. The only complaint is availability to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. However he has gone above and beyond making sure that it's possible to reach him when needed outside of his hours. This recent experience was also near the holidays which added a level of challenge with scheduling, which is understandable.

My only disappointment was that I was not informed of the result of a gallbladder test that I had at the Hospital. I went to the Medical Records Department and obtained the report and learned that my Gallbladder was only functioning at 3%. I did mention this to Dr. Bedford and he expressed concern that it happened for which I was pleased. I understand how things can happen. So in this case no worries. I am just happy I was able to get access to the report on my own.

This is only the second time I saw Dr. Bedford and each time he was extremely pleasant friendly patient, polite and encouraging.

The doctor was well informed on my issue. He had looked at my file before I saw him and was able to discuss my problem in a way that was understandable to me. His manner was caring and pleasant.

Dr Bedford has been my gastroenterologist for more than 10 years. I cannot recommend him highly ENOUGH - he is an EXCELLENT Dr who shows true concern for his patient ALWAYS!

The doc was great, but interacting with his receptionist was the highlight of my day. She called me in advance with updates, and was not just super helpful but delightful.

Every doctor I have seen including ER doctor have been outstanding, knowledgeable, and caring, with the exception of my primary care physician whom I will be changing when I find the doctor I believe will be a good one.

I have nothing except good things to say about my first visit with Dr. Bedford. Both he and his staff were professional, courteous and punctual.

The provider is excellent, the staff not so much. Scheduler lacks friendliness towards patients. Not enough guidance after you see her at the check up time.

Have several chronic conditions...went over each one as it related to my digestive disorder. He made personal phone call to another specialist I can see in Nevada. Very knowlegeable, thorough and approachable.

Dr. Bedford is the kindest and the most competent doctor I have encountered. He goes out of his way to help his patients. I am in treatment for cancer and I was really suffering from stomach issues. I had an appointment with him two months out but when I reached out to him on the patient portal, he so graciously added me to his schedule on an earlier date. Once I saw him in the office, he helped me manage this problem and was so supportive and gracious. He is one of the best human beings I have ever met.

The Doctor and his team have been professional, kind, and responsive. I have, however, had much difficulty getting a consistent answer as to whether Uber Assist is an option for pick-up after my procedure. I still do not have a definitive answer and my procedure is in less than 48 hrs. This has been very frustrating and has greatly added to my distress.
