Dr Bedford is a very busy practitioner so it takes a few months before you can make an appointment. I had to wait about three months before seeing him and of course would have preferred a shorter time. But Dr Bedford's expertise in this area was worth waiting for and was able to answer all my questions about my condition.

The visit itself is always amazing working with Dr Bedford. The only complaint is availability to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. My only disappointment was that I was not informed of the result of a gallbladder test that I had at the Hospital. I went to the Medical Records Department and obtained the report and learned that my Gallbladder was only functioning at 3%. I did mention this to Dr. Bedford and he expressed concern that it happened for which I was pleased. I understand how things can happen. So in this case no worries. I am just happy I was able to get access to the report on my own.

This is only the second time I saw Dr. Bedford and each time he was extremely pleasant friendly patient, polite and encouraging.

The doctor was well informed on my issue. He had looked at my file before I saw him and was able to discuss my problem in a way that was understandable to me. His manner was caring and pleasant.

Dr Bedford has been my gastroenterologist for more than 10 years. I cannot recommend him highly ENOUGH - he is an EXCELLENT Dr who shows true concern for his patient ALWAYS!

The doc was great, but interacting with his receptionist was the highlight of my day. She called me in advance with updates, and was not just super helpful but delightful.

Every doctor I have seen including ER doctor have been outstanding, knowledgeable, and caring, with the exception of my primary care physician whom I will be changing when I find the doctor I believe will be a good one.

The Doctor and his team have been professional, kind, and responsive. I have, however, had much difficulty getting a consistent answer as to whether Uber Assist is an option for pick-up after my procedure. I still do not have a definitive answer and my procedure is in less than 48 hrs. This has been very frustrating and has greatly added to my distress.
