Dr.Lin is very easy to talk to. She explains things well. Her staff is very efficient and friendly. I am greeted and taken care of quickly, escorted to the exam room and seen by Dr. Lin quicklywithin 15 min. You should be prepared with any questions because she does the exam moves quickly but if I forgot to ask about something I can easily message her and she will respond.

This appointment was to help determine whether any support was needed from Dr. Lin for a hereditary high-cholesterol issue. It was not this practices fault that medical records requested from the primary doctor were not properly submitted in time for the scheduled appointment.
