All of the health service providers I've had through St John's has been fantastic. The only better service I've ever had was 20-25 years ago when I had a private concierge service Doctor, thanks to being friends with Dr. But this is so close to it, much better than any other service provider I've ever had.

I was impressed that Dr. Lin noticed things about my chart not having to do with my visit with her. This really helped me to recognize the need to schedule a bone density test that my oncologist ordered. She also mentioned I could walk into Labcorp for the blood work she ordered. She was spot on about what I probably had and reviewed my tests on the day they came in! She also quickly sent in my prescription she ordered. She is fantastic.

DR LIN TAKENS EXCELLENT CARE OF ME AND ALWAYS ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS

Dr. Lin's clinical expertise is extremely organized and covers all aspects of diabetes. She goes through the latest with your health, listens actively and asks at the end if she's answered all your questions. She also covers various updated modalities, meds, etc in diabetes...so she is very proactive, and encouraging fyou to do what's comfortable for you.

You should be prepared with any questions because she does the exam moves quickly but if I forgot to ask about something I can easily message her and she will respond.

This appointment was to help determine whether any support was needed from Dr. Lin for a hereditary high-cholesterol issue. It was not this practices fault that medical records requested from the primary doctor were not properly submitted in time for the scheduled appointment. Dr. Lin was very professional and courteous and detailed with review of my medical history. I would definitely continue and/or recommend her practice based on my experience.
