Dr Richard Ross is the best!!!

He is aware of my family situation - my wife is ill, and always asks about her, and how it is affecting me.

Dr Ross is always on time and covers any questions I have. He is good.

My provider is usually always on time. This visit he was running a little late due to lack of support staff. Staff came in to help as we were finishing up. Something was off in the operation of the office but not with the doctor.

Dr Ross is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients and is very smart and thoughtful. I really appreciate having him as my doctor.

Always professional and caring with a positive attitude

Ross is always prepared, knows my chart, and is on top of recent developments. My last visit was a check up and a special visit because I re-injured my shoulder and had to visit an emergency room in Vienna, Austria. We went over the medications prescribed there and he reminded me that I had been referred to orthopedics before but hadn't gone. Instead I went to physical therapy. I now have an appointment with an orthopedist for later this month.

Dr. Ross is great doctor and expresses genuine concern for my health. I need to listen better!

The Doctor is amazing and I plan to remain a patient of his for as long as possible and I want my husband to also have him as a patient. The clerical staff are nice, friendly and respectful yet someone definitely missed spelled my first name and even had my date of birth wrong and the Doctor cleared this up right away and it was all fixed afterwards. The wait time is very short and the visit went very well for a new patient appointment. Parking is a little tricky and I'm not sure what kind of a copay I am facing but overall this is a great provider!
