I came to Dr. Shafipour after being admitted to St Johns hospital 3 weeks prior. I did not have a family doctor/general practitioner at the time nor for a number of years. I feel very fortunate to have found a doctor's office that I can literally check all the boxes to. Dr. S listened carefully, addressed all my concerns, offered an excellent plan going forward and provided me with additional ways In which I can improve my health. All personnel at his office were kind, efficient, helpful and added to the totally positive experience. I received a follow up call the day after my visit to schedule the next appointment in 3 months time.

Dr. Shafipour is an excellent care provider. He seems to care about my health and wellness in a holistic manner. My only complaint would be that it is difficult to schedule an appointment with him directly and I'm more likely to see the nurse practitioner. This is the sole reason I would not recommend him to everyone I know - I would hate for him to be less available.

Great experience with Dr. Shaifpour and his staff overall. They are all very friendly, accommodating, and they do not waste their patient's time. I very much appreciate that. Scheduling an appointment was a difficult since the online system didn't seem to be working, and I didn't realize it since the online system still created an appointment for me. I tried scheduling it again, and I got the same result. I emailed Dr. Shafipour and his staff reached out to me and created an appointment for me right away.The problem with that is getting an appointment meant waiting months. Nobody wants to wait months! And scheduling the appointments through the online portal definitely resulted in waiting around for longer.

The best internal medicine doctor I've ever had plus I referred to many friends who said the same.

Went for a check up and thinking of changing to this doctor, who I liked. I was concerned however that as part of the check up there was no EKG or chest x-ray, as with my previous doctor who is not on my medical plan. I assume that's to save money, but especially regarding no EKG, not having it didn't feel right. I didn't realize it until after I left so didn't mention it. But I did like the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Shafipour is a rare gem that I was lucky to find. The services are the best from the minute you walk into the office until the end. They are professional, friendly, and really good at what they do. You definitely do not feel like just a number or chart, you are treated the way humans should be treated.

He really took the time to address my concerns and to get to know me. This was my first visit. Very attentive and professional. Good suggestions for health.
