This provider is my Primary Care Provider (PCP), and both myself and my husband have been with this practice for many years. We both love this practice - the doctor and all the staff in his practice. The only issue that I have is that it very difficult to get an appointment unless I book it weeks or months out in the future - because they are so busy and don't have the availability. Occasionally, I get lucky if they get a cancellation and I happen to call in right then.

I came to Dr. Shafipour after being admitted to St Johns hospital 3 weeks prior. I did not have a family doctor/general practitioner at the time nor for a number of years. I feel very fortunate to have found a doctor's office that I can literally check all the boxes to. Dr. S listened carefully, addressed all my concerns, offered an excellent plan going forward and provided me with additional ways In which I can improve my health. All personnel at his office were kind, efficient, helpful and added to the totally positive experience. I received a follow up call the day after my visit to schedule the next appointment in 3 months time.
