Dr. Troum is one of my favorite doctors and trust me when I say I see at least 15 different practitioners yearly. He's extremely knowledgable but most importantly, he knows how to explain things in a clear and easy to understand manner. He's incredibly proactive (ex: I asked him whether or not you can overdose on B12, the answer was yes and he proactively ordered some additional tests to see where my B12 level was and sure enough, it's too high; as such, I have since stopped taking my B12 supplement). He is also very personable and has incredibly great people skill, you don't feel like you're just one of many patients, you feel like he's your buddy. Even though I probably see him at most twice a year for my routine check-up, I feel like my relationship with him is as good as my relationship with my primary care doctor who I see probably every other month. I love Dr. Troum and wish every doctor I see is as good as he is. I cannot give enough praise and will be very sad when he retires. He truly is the bomb when it comes to quality doctors and I feel very lucky to be one of his patients.

Wait time in the waiting room was long, but this was a new patient appointment and we were fit into a full schedule to ensure continuing care (osteoporosis drug injections) could occur on time. So, no complaints as a patient. In fact, the office staff acknowledged repeatedly how sorry they were for the wait, kept us informed as to when we would be seen, and never let us feel neglected. We really like this new medical office and provider.

I was a new patient to see Troum. He took time to understand my previous health history and suggested a few things that I could do cover a few areas that were new to me. I will follow suggestions, get an exray that was ordered and return in March for a follow up visit. I am grateful for the new things I had called to my attention.

Dr. Troum is an excellent clinician and has a wonderful bedside manner . My medical situation has grown increasingly complicated over the last month, due to my being diagnosed with a fib. I was hospitalized for two days at the beginning of the month as a result of a traumatic fall, resulting in a split skull, staples in the wound and two days of intensive testing. Plus, I'm now taking medication's for the heart condition. In addition to the RA. So it's important that both teams of doctors are aware of all the medication's. My experience with all of the physicians has been excellent.

It is helpful that Dr. Troum is so kind and personable towards me. It's easy to see that he treats his staff well, and I also notice how well he treats his staff and the young people he's educating during our appointments. He acknowledges everyone in the room with kindness and respect.

Dr. Troum was highly recommended and this was my second appointment with him. I would definitely use him as a go to doctor for information on Rheumatology. He is very personable and truly asks the right questions after listening to what you say. A good listening doctor is of the utmost importance as I have fibromyalgia and it affects everyone differently. Lovely personable doctor who listens - highest recommendation.
