I appreciate Dr. Balica's expertise and positivity. I have had only one appointment with her for a yearly well check, and haven't yet needed to see her for anything urgent. This virtual appointment was for referrals.

Dr Balica is a caring and personable doctor. I didn't feel rushed, she answered all my questions and validated my concerns. A very positive first impression.

Dr. Balika Is always very professional and meets all of my needs.

The doctor treated me as a whole person, meaning she was concerned with my life in general, not just medically. She immediately apologized for being late due to an emergency. She was thoughtful about what tests I may need In the near future. She gave me a good physical exam.

Very caring

This is the first time I saw this provider. My long time (20 year) primary care physician had just retired and I needed to see someone asap for a medical problem. Obviously the doctor did not know me as well as my former physician, but I thought the experience was good on the whole.

Dr. Mihaela R. Balica is perhaps the best doctor I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, patient and very emphatic.

I missed my original appointment that day, and Dr Parks and the admin staff went out of their way to make sure I still got in by the end of the day. It really showed how they care about their patients. I have already recommended Dr. Parks to more than one friend because I feel so confident in her abilities as a doctor, both clinically and with her reassuring bedside manner.

I returned to this practice after 20+ years since we moved back to California from Chicago. They saw us through pregnancy and delivery of our first two children, and I'm happy to say the practice is as good as always.

Dr Parks is very kind and listens carefully & is both respectful and responds well and clearly to any questions or concerns. I am always very impressed with her professionalism while being friendly and approachable. My only critique would be that I waited for 30+ minutes in the exam room for her to arrive and then spent less than 10 minutes being seen. I understand it was a busy day in the office & wait times do happen - the care just felt a bit rushed in this particular visit.

Dr. Parks is very good at the gynecological exam--it's not uncomfortable (or as comfortable as it possible could be). She also explains what is happening Iand what she is doing) during the entire exam.
