The provider was excellent, except that I was stuck waiting in the exam room waiting for her for over 30 minutes. The nursing staff did not communicate to me that she was running late. However, when the provider came, she apologized for being so late.

The provider was attentive, caring, direct and informative, reassuring, and helpful. She verbalized a caring demeanor and also a confidence and helpfulness that made me feel assured I would be getting quality and attentive care. She followed up with me as planned and the staff contacted for a f/u appt.
