Matthew Nienaber, D.O.

Dr Nienaber is a wonderful physician. He listens and is always willing to discuss any questions I have about current conditions/treatments and also about possible future or alternative concerns. He is the first Dr I've ever had that I look forward to visiting! He has been supportive and compassionate in our discussions about weight management. Simple the best!

Dr Nienaber and his whole staff are courteous and pleasant at all times. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was seen by the doctor and by the nurse drawing blood and doing the EKG. This appt was for a preop visit and they were able to fit me into their schedule as I needed.

It was apparent the Doctor reviewed my Chart prior to the appointment.I am a hard stick and the lady that drew my blood only had to stick me one time..Dr Ninaber is a great Primary Care Physician and I hope he never leaves Providence but if he does and he remains in Los Angeles I would continue to have him as my Physician even if I had to pay cash.to see him.

Doctor was prepared for visit by knowing all recent labs and information from other providers. It was evident that the Doctor had reviewed my chart prior to my appointment.

Dr Nienaber is very personable, and knowledgeable. He is great when you see him in person. Sometimes it takes a long time for him to reply to questions asked over the phone or email.

App encounters have been very congenial and professional, with clear communications on both sides. Excellent care received with adequate responses and prognosis given.

The doctor, nurses, office staff, and lab techs were all friendly, respectful, and timely. My appointment started right on time and I didn't feel like I wasted any time at the office. Dr. Nienaber was thorough, thoughtful, and helpful. The Wilshire office is closer for me, but I was unable to schedule an appointment there on the app which is inconvenient. Parking should also be validated.

The office is great! From entering for my appointment to scheduling my next appointment. I have been receiving excellent care with Dr. Mathew!

I have worked with Dr. Nienaber for over 4 years now. Not once have I ever felt rushed in our appointments - he would always take the time to make sure he answered all of my questions and that I was feeling okay about what we had talked about. I always felt heard and understood. I always felt comfortable enough to ask questions I might not ask another provider. I always felt like he was immensely knowledgeable about whatever topic we discussed. Let me put it this wayI've moved a couple times within the last 3 years, so I'm not as close distance-wise to his office, but I decided not to change my PCP to a doctor who might be closer by because that's how much I value the work and care that Dr. Nienaber provides.

The doctor was well-prepared and had reviewed my medical history in relation to the issue I was asking about in advance. He answered all my questions, did not dismiss any of them as "silly," and explained why he came to his conclusions. He also told me what to look for in the future. Couldn't have asked for a better response or more thoughtful treatment.

I've been seeing Dr. Nienaber for a few years now, and I have to say the overall majority of my experience has been fantastic. My ONLY bone to pick was during the summer of 2022 when I was in need of a cardiology referral, but could not get one for what ended up being over a month. Only after an ER visit with notes that I needed to see a cardiologist did I receive my referral. That was disappointing. Again though, other than that, he's been a great provider these last several years.

I finally found the right place when I found Dr N and the supporting team.

I have to say that my experiences have never been anything but exceptional regarding this provider.

Dr. Neinabor was excellent.

This group is fantastic. Every single member I have ever interacted with has always been great. Courteous, efficient, and compassionate. Dr. Nienaber is my all time favorite physician. He has a wonderful way of interacting. He's informative, intuitive and always has a positive way of trying to encourage me to take better care of myself without coming across as critical or judgemental. Like many people, I enter the Drs office with a bit of fear and dread, but always leave feeling positive and motivated and I think that is the highest praise for a physician.

This is the very first time I have been able to meet the doctor and whilst I feel he is going to be very good for me most of these question do no apply to us since I have never met him before

My care provider is amazing ; but I don't like the new stuff and also this facility is a pediatrician office ; which was never like that ; I don't like to be waiting with kids in the reception area

He is one of the best physicians I have ever seen.

As always Dr. Nienaber listened to my concerns regarding varicose veins on my legs, he explained about the ones on my legs + referred me to Vascular Surgeons that he said are very good at what they do. His confidence always helps take concerns away -- he's a good doctor because when you leave his office you know that all w/b well.

He is an awesome doctor. I mentioned a wrist problem and he showed me how a palm massage can help it. Felt so good. I've been doing it before I exercise which has been helpful. Love Dr Nenebor.
