However, this is not unique to this practice but seems more the norm since the implementation of the ACA. Three weeks is actually a short wait period in my experience.

This provider is very patient and listen to me carefully, something hard to find in the today's world. He Is an experienced medical doctor and knowledgeable based on my personal knowledge 83 years. I try to avoid medical doctors who run practice at two or sometimes three locations, a condition that make then not available when they are not needed.
