Lily Nourmand, MD

The doctor listened carefully as I explained a new health issue that has been extremely concerning. She also looked through all my health records in the MyChart app to see what specialist we're saying as well. The doctor helped me with a referral to a specialist, made by another one of my doctors by calling that specialist and putting my name in front of them which helped me get an appointment. She also referred me to another doctor for an issue that might not be related. I gave her a lot of information and she was courteous, understanding, and went above and beyond to move treatment forward.

Shes just about as perfect as any Dr. Could be!!

Having someone who takes the initiative to triage and connect the dots across specialists provides an enormous sense of confidence and reassurance.Beyond her expertise, she is kind, respectful, and compassionate in every interaction. I always feel heard and supported. It is rare to find a physician who combines clinical excellence with such genuine care for their patients.I am extremely grateful to be under her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly dedicated and exceptional doctor.

My spouse and I requested a JOINT physical and took in lists with about 10-15 updates, concerns or questions, including the whether to try the new M-NEXSPIKE Covid vaccine Dr. Lily and we found this very productive and time-efficient. My spouse and I had hands-on exams with a good flow of questions. Then we had blood & urine taken and received high-power flu shots.

Dr. Nourmand is one of the best Doctors I have ever been to. She is kind, sympathetic, asks you many questions and is genuinely interested in what you say. She always listens!! She's Amazing!!!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Nourmand as I needed a new primary care doctor. I have a lot of health issues from chronic back pain, problems with multiple surgeries, I Stroke, thyroid disease, bladder issues, high blood sugar issues. That's a lot to discuss in one introductory appointment, but we did. She listen to everything I had to say and she made sure I had specialist for everyone of them. She suggested additional plans of treatment, and I feel like she considered everything going on with my physical health as a whole instead of compartmentalizing each individual issue. She was friendly, explained everything well, and made sure I understood. Also she did not rush me. I've been to other doctors and had to wait in the waiting rooms for close to an hour and when I got into the appointment, I felt very rushed and I couldn't get through all my questions. I was so relieved to find somebody who focused on me during my appointment and not on getting onto the next patient. Every person in her office that helped me that day from the front desk to the nurse that does your blood pressure and weight for pre-appointment to the doctor were on time and professional. Please note that the only thing I may have marked in the survey in a negative way with the time it took to get the appointment. I booked three months in advance and unfortunately on the day I was supposed to go in, I ended up in the hospital. That being said when I called back to reschedule, they got me in within a week. I feel now that I finally have a primary care doctor that is a good fit and listened to my many concerns.

Everything is very positive. There is one exception. I received online the results of all my blood tests but the doctor said she would call and it is a week today and I haven't heard from her. I need to hear from her, not rely on looking at a bunch of numbers online.
