She's very easy to talk to. She gave me alternatives to various health screenings if I felt I couldn't do what her first recommendation was. Example: I can't tolerate a screening colonoscopy due to the condition of my COPD, so she suggested alternatives to that exam.

This was my first visit with Dr. Nourmand as I needed a new primary care doctor. I have a lot of health issues from chronic back pain, problems with multiple surgeries, I Stroke, thyroid disease, bladder issues, high blood sugar issues. That's a lot to discuss in one introductory appointment, but we did. She listen to everything I had to say and she made sure I had specialist for everyone of them. She suggested additional plans of treatment, and I feel like she considered everything going on with my physical health as a whole instead of compartmentalizing each individual issue. She was friendly, explained everything well, and made sure I understood. Also she did not rush me. I've been to other doctors and had to wait in the waiting rooms for close to an hour and when I got into the appointment, I felt very rushed and I couldn't get through all my questions. I was so relieved to find somebody who focused on me during my appointment and not on getting onto the next patient. Every person in her office that helped me that day from the front desk to the nurse that does your blood pressure and weight for pre-appointment to the doctor were on time and professional. Please note that the only thing I may have marked in the survey in a negative way with the time it took to get the appointment. I booked three months in advance and unfortunately on the day I was supposed to go in, I ended up in the hospital. That being said when I called back to reschedule, they got me in within a week. I feel now that I finally have a primary care doctor that is a good fit and listened to my many concerns.

Everything is very positive. There is one exception. I received online the results of all my blood tests but the doctor said she would call and it is a week today and I haven't heard from her. I need to hear from her, not rely on looking at a bunch of numbers online.

Dr Nourmand listens and address my health issues in timely manner. She explains to me the plan and the medication and the reason she is prescribing the medication

Dr. Nourmand provides exceptional health care. She was very thorough on everything and called me immediately on my labs. She answered all my questions, gave me referrals for other doctors and specialty areas, and suggested other things that I may want to consider for vaccines. She explained everything fantastic and I will truly recommend her to anyone!
