This provider is a nurse practitioner that was educating me as what to expect from my upcoming treatment. She was very clear and explained everything quite well. She was patient and answered all of my questions and my concerns. She was very helpful. She encouraged me to call her if I had any further questions or concerns.

The provider that is the subject of this survey is not a primary care personnel and so some of the questions were difficult to answer. The provider is either a nurse practitioner or PA or similar at an oncology clinic and I see her or the oncologist preparatory to having a chemotherapy or immunotherapy infusion the following business day. The provider as well as the oncologist she is associated with ALWAYS provide the ABSOLTE highest level of care and ALL the support staff (i.e. Oncology nurses) and administrative staff that I have dealt with who are associated with the oncology clinic provide a consistently exceptionally high level of care and support services.

This is the most efficient, knowledgeable, and caring practice one could ever hope to be engaged with.

Excellent care from all medical staff, doctors and nurses. Reception ladies might need a bit more direction on courtesy.

I had reviewed the document prior to the video call and had several questions. Laura was very patient and gave specific advice me how to deal with the particulars of my living situation - for example, how to interact with my cat.
