We had one issue with a receptionist, which Dr. Zikry promply dealt with himself on my behalf (scheduling three months out, for an issue I was having). Excellent experience overall with one exception. It would have been great to be able to fill out everything online before coming in so I didn't have to do all the intake paperwork. Most other providers in the St John's physician partners Network can access my data in the MyChart app.

Dr. Zickry is very knowledgeable about his specialty. He completed my examination and subsequent treatment efficiently and comprehensively, asked if I had any further questions, then completed his note so that I could have a printed copy upon checkout. I would return again for further dermatologic issues without hesitation.

Initial access to specialists was rocky, I had three referrals and it took as long as 3 months to obtain some appointments. Once I did finally get an appointment, things progressed smoothly.Dr. Zikry was attentive and friendly, he engaged with me and made me feel like my feedback mattered.

My experience with this dermatologist was generally good. I came in for dinner suspicious spots on my face which he took care of. I just wished he had also offered to look at the rest of my body/skin to see if he saw any other suspicious spots, but he didn't.

Dr Zikry was thorough and took skin samples for testing. One area proved to contain basal cell cancer cells and we've already scheduled a follow up to remove. I referred his services to my husband and they fit him right in. Dr. Zikry also found areas of concern on my husbands face and scalp which were treated immediately during the appointment. We are very happy to have found Dr. Zikry as our new dermatologist!

This was my first visit. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns; conducted the examination, explained his findings and gave me an option re what treatment I would prefer. He conducted the treatment, took a sample for biopsy, and called me with the results and options for treatment. I would not hesitate to take the treatment he recommended and to refer my friends and family to him.

Dr. Zikry is always professional and friendly in his medical care. I have recommended friends and family see him if they need a dermatologists.

This was my first visit with Dr. Zikry for dermatological care. I left my former dermatologist because she did not give a thorough exam. I was very satisfied with my visit to Dr. Zikry. He was thorough and very personable, making me feel very comfortable. He froze some precancerous lesions. I felt I received good care.

Dr. Zikry is fantastic. I have a long history of dermatological care and he is the best dermatologist I have ever visited. He was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and compassionate. And his entire staff is first rate. Furthermore, I have a disability and have a service dog and she was welcomed with open arms (which unfortunately does not always happen with doctors.)

The office staff (reception) is fine and efficient, not extremely welcoming, but that's fine. Dr. Z is great. I had an early morning appointment, there was parking out front - free meter and I was in and out while getting the needed time with the doctor. The office is easy to access, light and airy.

My initial appointment was scheduled for more than a month out, but the office had an appointment open up sooner via a cancellation and called me, which I really appreciated. Once at the appointment, I barely had to wait 2 minutes before they took me in and Dr. Zikry came to see within a few minutes later. Very professional and efficient experience. Dr. Zikry was super thorough, listened intently to all I had to say, and quickly and painlessly took a biopsy.

First time seeing this doctor for dermatology. He seems very good and seems to know what he's talking about. I am awaiting results from a biopsy and to see if the treatment he gave me indeed works. I would have given him a 10 but instead gave him a 9 rating as this was my first time and want to see how things pan out. Overall, he's very good.

First visit with this dermatologist and I am beyond impressed with how great it went. Dr Zikry did such a careful job with my biopsy- took such a small slice as opposed to my previous dermatologist who was way more aggressive.

It was my first visit with Dr. Zikry. He was thorough In his examination with me, took two biopsies, called with the results and gave me options. I appreciated his thoroughness, the quick results and he recommended a doctor for Mohs surgery which was my choice. I will have another appointment in six months and will continue to see him twice a year as my dermatologist.I honestly believe he is worth the drive from the Palm Springs area.

We really appreciate Dr Zikry for his knowledge, skill and experience. He has helped me and my partner with excellent care for various dermatology concerns. I have zero complaints about this excellent doctor. The only snag has been that when I requested an appointment for a recheck (he told me at initial consult to return if my symptoms returned), although the desk staff were friendly and helpful, I was not able to get an appointment for the required renewed care in what I considered a timely window. My partner had an unrelated health emergency a few days before our scheduled appointment with Dr. Zikry, and I felt it would be stressful for us to keep this appointment, but I was afraid to reschedule because of my concern that I might not be seen until fall for symptoms that Dr Zikry had expressed needed prompt care. I know he is super busy, and rightly so, as he is very good! But perhaps it would be wise if scheduling staff provided a few more windows for people needing return care in a prompt timeline.

This was the first time seeing Dr. Zikry as my dermatologist due to moving from a different location. He is the first dermatologist to inspect my skin from head to toe. He was very thorough, asked questions and answered mne as he explained me. I was very impressed with his manners and efficiency in the amount of time I was with him. First time feeling cared for by a dermatologist.
