I am a new patient. Entered via Emergency. Received very good care, 4 day stay.

I feel very well taken care of with Dr. Sarachek. He always listens to me and respects any concerns that I may have regarding my health.

This was an Urgent Care Office. I came here because my PCP doctor was unavailable. In just a few moments Dr. SARACHEK was able to examine the wound in my leg. He prescribed antibiotics, as I felt was The right RX.

Dr Joel & office / staff team are very helpful, pleasant and very friendly. Very mission driven to help those who are struggling in health to feel a very comfortable assurance,competency and compassion from within this clinic.

The receptionists are not that friendly. I think I would recommend more friends and family if the receptionists were friendlier and more empathetic. Dr Sarachek is great though! He's friendly, thorough and really listens.

Dr. S is not my regular GP, but he was great and I really appreciated him seeing me. It was for a checkup for the DMV.

GOOD SERVICE

This was an urgent care appointment. Some of the question don't really apply. Dr. Sarachek was thorough and clear. I hadn't seen him before and was pleased with his attitude and care.

Dr. Saracheck is experienced, knowledgeable and he clearly explains what is going on. I trust Dr. Saracheck and would see this Provider again.

From front desk, to nurses, to primary physician, are all first class, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Possibly a hick-up or me being unclear on how to view my blood and urine test results.

I was treated by the provider in the Urgent Care office in Santa Monica. He diagnosed my situation and prescribed an appropriate medication. The problem was resolved satisfactorily.

Overall l think Dr. Sarachek and staff make every effort to render exceptional care and service.

I feel that I am in the very best care as his patient. He is truly one in a billion. I would like to add that the reception team and the MA team are very kind, supportive, and gracious. This was a walk in urgent care visit so questions regarding appointment times didn't really apply. That being said, I was seen right away and was very satisfied with the visit.

The doctor had great bedside manner, was knowledgeable. The other staff were friendly and great as well. Was seen right away.

All good. The only thing missing was that the doctor did not introduce himself so that it was clear that he was, in fact, the doctor. I did ask him if he was the doctor and what his name was. Otherwise, he was great.

For this to be available at an urgent care and be treated with such kindness and consideration on the phone, at check-in, and with the doctor and checkout staff, I was completely 100% satisfied with the experience and I am feeling so much better.

The Urgent Care doctor saw me quickly and was able to get me out by lunch time.

I was in a lot of pain and had difficulty getting up and down and could not raise my arms above my head. Dr. Sarachek reviewed my medical history and current symptoms. He ordered blood tests and prescribed medication that greatly relieved my symptoms and pain. He referred me to a Rheumatologist for further evaluation. I'm very thankful he was the doctor at Urgent Care when I arrived.

Easy to get the urgent care appt., great care received, doctor knew what was wrong immediately and prescribed medications for what I needed. Dr. Also took questions on-line and gave me a referral for the urologist for my kidney stones. Incredibly grateful for the level of care in my discomfort.
