This was an Urgent Care Office. I came here because my PCP doctor was unavailable. In just a few moments Dr. SARACHEK was able to examine the wound in my leg. He prescribed antibiotics, as I felt was The right RX.

The receptionists are not that friendly. I think I would recommend more friends and family if the receptionists were friendlier and more empathetic. Dr Sarachek is great though! He's friendly, thorough and really listens.

This was an urgent care appointment. Some of the question don't really apply. Dr. Sarachek was thorough and clear. I hadn't seen him before and was pleased with his attitude and care.

From front desk, to nurses, to primary physician, are all first class, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Possibly a hick-up or me being unclear on how to view my blood and urine test results.

I was treated by the provider in the Urgent Care office in Santa Monica. He diagnosed my situation and prescribed an appropriate medication. The problem was resolved satisfactorily.

This was a walk in urgent care visit so questions regarding appointment times didn't really apply. That being said, I was seen right away and was very satisfied with the visit.

For this to be available at an urgent care and be treated with such kindness and consideration on the phone, at check-in, and with the doctor and checkout staff, I was completely 100% satisfied with the experience and I am feeling so much better.

The Urgent Care doctor saw me quickly and was able to get me out by lunch time.

I was in a lot of pain and had difficulty getting up and down and could not raise my arms above my head. Dr. Sarachek reviewed my medical history and current symptoms. He ordered blood tests and prescribed medication that greatly relieved my symptoms and pain. He referred me to a Rheumatologist for further evaluation. I'm very thankful he was the doctor at Urgent Care when I arrived.

Easy to get the urgent care appt., great care received, doctor knew what was wrong immediately and prescribed medications for what I needed. Dr. Also took questions on-line and gave me a referral for the urologist for my kidney stones. Incredibly grateful for the level of care in my discomfort.
