Dr. Jill Wei is an excellent doctor and knows how to balance the patient's needs, concerns and beliefs with her knowledge, expertise and health recommendations that make me feel seen, cared for and respected. I'm more holistic and vegetarian and she makes me feel respected in her questions about "are you getting enough protein" etc. She respects the patients beliefs and boundaries! I didn't answer some questions because the reference 3 months and I didn't see her. I saw Dr. Wei for my annual physical.

The usual front desk/admin is a whole different (unfortunate) story, although at this most recent visit it was an entirely different crew working and had no problems In my limited Interactions with them. Usually calls to the front desk take forever, and are most often unproductive or counterproductive-even for things as easy as scheduling. But I love Dr. Wei herself so much that it's worth dealing with that frustration. Plus, Dr. Wei or her PA respond to e-massages super quickly and reliably, so I can just avoid the front desk if it's important.
