I was transferred to Dr. Jessica Finley's care in 2023 at the recommendation of my retiring PCP. I have been extremely happy with care from Dr. Finley and staff. My health has been somewhat complicated and I feel safe and cared for. There is always follow up and am grateful labs can be drawn in office.

Dr. Finley is easy to talk to and a good listener who consistently puts the patient's needs first. She takes the time to explain concerns clearly, answer questions thoughtfully, and ensure patients feel heard, comfortable, and respected throughout the visit.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Finley. Everything thing from making the appointment, completing the on line health records, uploading prior blood test results, and the actual appointment went easy and smoothly. They also provide someone to draw your blood in the office so you do not have the go anywhere else. Everyone I dealt with the clerks, PAs and De Finley were really nice and pleasant and on top of things. They made the visit really easy. The most difficult thing was finding the office itself. The locations is a little confusing and could use better signage.

Saw Dr Finely to establish a new primary care physician as mine retired. It did take a couple of months to get the first appointment, however the follow up was very fast. She was very thorough with me and took the time to get to know me, my medical history as well as my family's. I appreciate the time she spent and her kind bedside manner with me.
