I was a patient under the UCLA group and Aetna as my insurer. Aetna has discontinued business with UCLA. I was recommended very highly Dr Jennifer Chin. I was not able to get an apppointment over the phone and the reason given was. No new patient accepted. I went to her office and was able to be accepted as a new patient. Went to my first appointment with DR Chin. It was even more thourough that I had in years. The officers are not as fancy but the care is exceptional

Dr Chin is very pleasant and easy to talk to. She listens to me, and I feel like she really cares about me and my well-being. She even asked me about my visits with specialists and reminded me to get tests done that I was due for.

Dr. Chin is great! My only concern is that it's often very difficult to schedule an appointment with her if needed quickly (e.g., for a sickness or emergency). I typically have to go to urgent care if I get sick because I can't see Dr. Chin in a timely manner.
