I had a great experience overall. I wanted to schedule my post-op appointment with my provider and the front office staff told me that I couldn't because she would be out of town. My provider asked if I had scheduled the post-op visit and I told her that I did but it was with a different provider. She very easily adjusted the appointment to be with her on a different day. It is much more comforting to see the person that cut you open and can tell you about the procedure when you aren't coming out of anesthesia at the post-op visit. I appreciated her attempts to switch even though the staff did not.

Dr. Trejo is a phenomenal physician whose best quality is understanding a patient's history relative to current treatment needs. The staff is wonderful.I'm glad to see the practice thriving. The only downside as a patient is occasional small inconveniences when trying to schedule an appointment and wait times. However, the staff is excellent, whether it's making an appointment or securing paperwork needed for tests and imaging.

My first OV to GYN after [...], my doctor of 30 years, retired. I chose a doctor in same group because I have been very happy there all these years. Since it was my first visit, doctor and I are just getting acquainted so it did not feel the same as with [...], who knew well all my personal and medical history. When I called with concern about possible UTI, I did not get an appointment for a week. I called my general practitioner who was able to prescribed medication. However, at my appointment I did receive excellent care. UTI had cleared.

Dr. Trejo is an excellent doctor. She caught my ectopic pregnancy early even though I felt no symptoms and saved my life by urging me to go to the ER. She then conducted surgery & I was bleeding internally and had a almost ruptured Fallopian tube. Everything went super smoothly to address this scary situation.

Easy to talk to, able to access through MyChart, and helpful when I have concerns.
