My wife's regular doctor was not available so she went to Sapoznhikov on an urgent basis. When she came home she told me she had found MY new doctor and she was completely correct! I like him very much!

I generally have a good experience at the St. John's Urgent Care. I don't make appointments and I don't have control over the doctor I see, but I always feel like the wait time is usually quick and the providers all seem to be informed and caring.

I was at urgent care and was very scared because I suspected (and it was confirmed) that I had broken a bone. The physician was so patient, kind, helpful and compassionate; I was a little emotional and he treated me kindly and gave me his full attention even though I had overheard that he was the only physician at the facility at the time so I know he was busy.

This is my second attempt to establish care for numerous on-going health issues within the Providence network. While my first attempt with another provider left me feeling discouraged & dismissed, Dr Jacobsen has turned that around. She was attentive, compassionate, and informative. She gave me options and next steps. She performed tests in office and followed up the next day with results. She gave me referrals and suggestions. The entire office staff was friendly, kind and so pleasant. This was after an ER visit and the whole team made me feel cared for. I cannot say enough great things about this positive visit.

I came in to this urgent care location for the first time because the website said you offered breathing treatments. I thought the dr was excellent, very knowledgeable, efficient, and a great listener. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and also would definitely come back as needed in the future.

It was to establish care and she was the BEST PCP I've ever been seen by. Great rapport, very knowledgeable, personable and respectful of my experiences while adding to my understanding of my body from evidence based medicine. She's a keeper.

I really liked the Dr and felt confident with her. I did not have the same experience at the hospital, quite the opposite.

GOOD: Dr. Jacobsen will raise a possible medical issue suggested by an abnormal test result, will question me about possible reasons for a lab test abnormality, will consider possible courses of action, and will discuss them with me.

Dr Jacobson answered all my emails within 2 hours, and personally called me to urge me to go to ER immediately after a CT scan she ordered. She reached out to 2 of my emergency numbers when I was offline and phone did not ring on mute. Left me a VM to go to ER immediately.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jacobsen. She is a very attentive listener; her prompt and informative comments on the blood test she ordered is most reassuring. After my long-time primary care physician retired in December 2023, I plan to stay with Dr. Jacobsen as my first point of medical contact and advice. I trust that I will be in good hands.

I was extremely pleased with the quality and friendliness of my appointment.

I went in for a cold virus and left with an Afib diagnosis and Cardiologist referral all because Dr Jacobsen checked my pulse and thought something was wrong. She was very present and took the time to explain what was happening and ordered an EKG on the spot. I was very thankful for her helpful care.

Dr. Jacobsen was kind, caring and very informative about my condition. She has a nice positive ease about her.

Excellent Doctor

I appreciated Dr Jacobsons bedside manner and and her pursuance of trying to find what was causing my discomfort. She made sure she was thorough in her exam and she allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. Not once did I feel rushed or that she was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. This was my first visit to her and I will be going back to see her as my primary Dr now.

Linda Narvaez is phenomenal with me, she has been my provider for years. I love how attentive she is with my health concerns, and have always sent me for additional care by referring me to a specialist when my health needs it. I am very greatful for all the medical support she has provided.

Always a great experience, she listens and knows my medical history well, she makes sure to take the names of all my specialists too and asks for images and records and labs I've had done with my specialists so she's always up to date on my overall health, she likes to see the big picture of my health and that's rare and special which is why I still travel to see her even though I'm not as close by anymore, she gets to know me and my health, not just the specific concern of that visit.

I had to wait five months for my appointment to initially meet the doctor, and I have a physical scheduled in November, so although I made the call early this year 2023, my appointments well into almost the end of this year. The doctor was very good. In fact, amazing, it was a good first meeting, and I think I can respond better to my care when I have my full physical. I would highly recommend Dr. Navarez to others.

I've been with Dr. Linda Narvaez for many years and because of her excellent bedside manner and expertise in medicine I decided to follow her to Providence.

This Dr. Is excellent,this was my first visit. I think that I will get the help I need with her!

My experience with the doctor was great, she was very thorough, answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the approach she recommended re my issues. HOWEVER, her assistant was completely unhelpful. She never followed up regarding a referral and when scheduling a procedure the doctor ordered became problematic she was disinterested and not at all helpful.
