But Dr. Jacobsen was very thorough, very easy to talk to and showed complete involvement in getting to know my medical background. I've already scheduled two of the requested tests, and she has already reached out to me with results of my blood work - and it has been less than a week since my first initial appointment. This survey did not apply to me. My doctors office sent me to urgent care at 901 Wilshire. I did not make an appointment, I was in pain and just went there. Dr Jacobsen was terrific and ordered an xray to be sure I did not have a broken rib. Instructed me on how to care for my painful ribs, prescribed the appropriate medications and followed up via email with results of radiology report after working hours when she saw the results. Excellent doctvor! They were extremely busy and even though I had to wait I did not feel rushed by Doctor Jacobsen

My urgent care experience was very good.

I admit that over the course of my lifetime, I haven't had more than one or two primary care physicians, but Dr. Jacobsen is such a pleasure to deal with compared to her predecessor. She spent the right amount of time and answered any and all of my questions, while asking plenty of questions herself. I really felt like my health needs were being addressed, which was a nice change. Thank you, and please don't change that!

Dr. Jacobsen showed interest in medicines prescribed by my dermatologist and recorded those medications as well as my dermatologist name. We are focused on my seasonal allergies, weight gain and sugar levels. Goals were set as far as regular exercise, drink on more water, reducing intake of sugar.She also followed up with me to make sure I have my colonoscopy next week and provider referrals for a. OBGYN exam.Dr. Jacobsen is very thorough and engaging. I trust her as a physician.

This is my second attempt to establish care for numerous on-going health issues within the Providence network. While my first attempt with another provider left me feeling discouraged & dismissed, Dr Jacobsen has turned that around. She was attentive, compassionate, and informative. She gave me options and next steps. She performed tests in office and followed up the next day with results. She gave me referrals and suggestions. The entire office staff was friendly, kind and so pleasant. This was after an ER visit and the whole team made me feel cared for. I cannot say enough great things about this positive visit.

Dr Jacobson answered all my emails within 2 hours, and personally called me to urge me to go to ER immediately after a CT scan she ordered. She reached out to 2 of my emergency numbers when I was offline and phone did not ring on mute. Left me a VM to go to ER immediately.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jacobsen. She is a very attentive listener; her prompt and informative comments on the blood test she ordered is most reassuring. After my long-time primary care physician retired in December 2023, I plan to stay with Dr. Jacobsen as my first point of medical contact and advice. I trust that I will be in good hands.

I went in for a cold virus and left with an Afib diagnosis and Cardiologist referral all because Dr Jacobsen checked my pulse and thought something was wrong. Always a great experience, she listens and knows my medical history well, she makes sure to take the names of all my specialists too and asks for images and records and labs I've had done with my specialists so she's always up to date on my overall health, she likes to see the big picture of my health and that's rare and special which is why I still travel to see her even though I'm not as close by anymore, she gets to know me and my health, not just the specific concern of that visit.
