I'm lucky to have Dr.LaBrot as my sleep apnea doctor -- and Providence is lucky to have him as well. He is a true health care professional with a ton of knowledge and caring.

Dr. LaBrot is exceptional. He actually does a Physical Exam. Very interested in what I had to say, listens intently and gives a thorough explanation. As a Registered Nurse I appreciated he speaking on a professional level using medical terms and explaining everything so thoroughly.

He is knowledgeable and made an observation about a growth on my hand and immediately explained how he recommended I take care of it with a specialist. He checks all the data that my pap machine has gathered for the past year. He Informs me of the good and bad in his analysis. And he provides the data results (important) which educates me. He presents options and his opinion and includes me in the decision making. I'm able to understand and discuss any obstacles or concerns. He coaches me on actions I can take to Improve and what to expect next. That's my definition of excellent.

I feel I was well listened to by Dr. Labrot. To me that is really important in terms of skills and demeanor. He communicated to me with care and concern, professionalism, which made me feel great.I was there for an issue that has persisted for quite a while. I will follow up with the authorizations Dr. Labrot requested for me, and I am looking ahead to more great care from this amazing doctor. Some things can't be learned from a text book. Dr. Labrot has a reassuring way, and I feel I am in very good hands. Some of the younger doctors I have seen are sadly missing a unique rapport with the patient. It's a different time, and I'm not saying the younger doctors are not qualified. I have already referred two friends to Dr. Labrot should they need his medical expertise.
