About Gabriel Niles, MD

Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Gabriel S. Niles, MD, received his medical degree from the USC Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles, California. He completed his residency at the Methodist Hospital of Sacramento. Dr. Niles prefers a holistic approach to medicine, tempering conventional therapies with natural and alternative methods. He believes the foundation of good medicine is in optimizing the pillars of health: stress management, diet, exercise, sleep, and healthy relationships.

As time permits, he enjoys outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, running, and cycling. But he especially enjoys spending quality time with his family.

This was by far the best visit experience I’ve ever had. from check in to checkout the timing was great. Staff was very friendly throughout and everyone greeted me. Dr Niles was amazing. it’s been some time since I’ve had a GP who cares and is genuinely concerned for my well-being. my visit was for a routine checkup and a sugar level concern, and Dr Niles walked me through the entire process. I appreciate the high level of attention. I was shocked by how much we covered in a reasonably short visit. Dr Niles is an asset to the team at Providence St Johns, and the same goes for everyone that I had interaction with.

Dr Niles has always been very good & I have recommended him to others. The office staff has been better. The medical assistant last visit was much better than the other one.

Dr. Niles is literally the best doctor I've ever had. He is uncommonly, caring, and responsive to my needs, and while I briefly had to choose another doctor because of insurance reasons, I was always missing him. When I finally returned, it was with much Happiness and relief. He is fantastic and a credit to the company

Dr. Niles is an incredibly good doctor. He listens, he's proactive when it makes sense to be, and he has an extensive knowledge of my medical history that makes our visits go smoothly.
