Dr. Spence is new to me (I had to switch doctors recently due to new insurance) but she is excellent and I feel I made a good choice. There was a bit of confusing scheduling my blood work and I don't care for the AI assistant portal -I tried to get a message through and had to resend It. The second time It seems someone from the care team answered which was more helpful. It is hard to get through on the phones as well- otherwise it has been a great experience.

I've had such a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Spence that I've transferred both of my teenage daughters to be under her care as well. The wait was short. Every team member were respectful and kind. I had a good experience overall. Only wish the parking validation issue was noted before patient visit. They used to validate but no longer offer that service so I had to pay for quite an expensive fee for that.

This visit was a first meeting and physical exam to establish care. The office was quite busy, but I felt Dr. Spence spent the appropriate amount of time with me which included reviewing my medical history, completing an exam, assessing my care needs, and discussing referrals. My lab tests and referrals were handled very efficiently, and I appreciated that Dr. Spence communicated test results and responded to my questions in a prompt & timely manner.
