Phantastic doctor and great person

I would appreciate receiving surveys after more than one 15 minute appointment. The doctor did everything fine. I have some questions about some loose ends that I'm not sure were handled. Everything else was great.

Regarding logistics, I was in the waiting room for 30mins past appt time, think the receptionist forget about me. I had to ask/remind her. However, Dr. Kiseleva came to see me within minutes of being placed into the patient room so the rest was a breeze.

Dr. Kiseleva and the whole office really cared about me and my pregnancy, always was available for questions and eased any worry as a first timer.

Dr. Kiseleva took my issues seriously and provided me with a prescription to get my breasts examined. She assured me that it was for preventative reasons and calmed my anxieties about the exam. I was able to schedule the imaging a few days after my checkup with Dr. Kiseleva and it went very well. I really appreciate her being proactive with my care!

Dr. Kiseleva is wonderful provider! She is knowledgeable, kind, goes out of her way for her patients. Listens and provides education. Answers all questions. I know she is busy, but I never feel rushed and always feel that she gives me her full attention. I no longer live close to the practice, but gladly make the drive to see her.

The practice is so busy that when I call for an appointment I may have to wait on hold for up to an hour. Dr. Kisalevla is so exceptional that I will continue to see her.

Dr. Kiseleva is a best in class OBGYN. She is a lovely person, her bedside manner is respectful and empathetic yet efficient. What women look for in an Obstetrician is a doctor who is knowledgeable and proficient at their duties and sensitive to their patients needs. Dr. K is all of this and I'm fortunate to have her as my OB.

Dr. Kiseleva herself is a wonderful doctor - I live in the Valley and she is the only provider I've kept on the west side because I appreciate her manner and the time she takes with me. I would recommend her as a doctor. The office staff fluctuates between neutral and straight up rude, depending on who you talk to. I had to call them 3 separate times to send over a prescription.

She is very attentive, Intelligent and knowledgeable - I respect and value her advice.

1. Ultra sound was done very skillfully and the tech provided kind, helpful information about the process. 2. Dr Kiseleva Is great. I see multiple specialists as I age, so I'm aware of different physician styles and skill sets. I appreciate that Dr Kiseleva is very knowledgeable, caring, patient and thorough. I never got the sense of being rushed at all but our appointment covered all the areas of medical concerns with clear directions for future steps. Dr Kiseleva is excellent.

Receptionist team was so great - welcoming, friendly, and provided recommendations for complementary care providers when asked. Dr. Kiseleva was patient as always, answered my questions thoroughly gave me a good idea of what my care would look like going forward.

I was a little nervous about my visit because my issue was a little embarrassing to talk about. But Dr. Kiseleva put me right at ease. She made me feel very comfortable right away. I was able to speak openly with her without feeling embarrassed. I really appreciated that. Although I am an older woman, she did not treat me or my issue as insignificant for someone my age. She was very respectful and made me feel like she cared. Also, she gave me practical suggestions specifically for my case, and gave me hope. I appreciate that too. Even days after my visit, I've reflected on what a good experience it was. I'm very grateful to Dr. Kiseleva.
