She's an excellent Dr. I have a Heart condition & she's wants to make sure he approve anything She prescribes. I really appreciate that & trust her.

The doctor was fantastic. I needed to have an IUD removed and my previous physician had been unable to see it. This doctor did it during the office visit with no problem at all.

Was a really great experience. I was able to see doctor next day I call to the office . Waiting time was around 10 minutes only. Without appointment doctor was able to put me for ultrasound check. Next day I got all my blood tests and urine results, started treatment right away.

I requested that the staff caring for me (ie those in the exam room) wear a mask. I was told that could be accommodated but none of the three staff members who cared for me wore a mask. I really like Dr. Kiseleva. It's why I still come to the office. But please, please honor requests for masking. And if a provider sees a patient masked, they should just put on a mask too. It's the polite thing to do. Some of us can't afford multiple covid infections.

Dr. Kiseleva is the best gynecologist I've ever had and truly deserves an award! She's literally like a warm hug!! She takes the time to really listen, asks the right questions, and never ever rushes your visit. Somehow, she makes you feel like you're the only patient she has to see that day. Her calm and caring nature makes it easy to feel comfortable and open up about anything. I was referred to her over 11 years ago when I got pregnant, and I'm so thankful I had her throughout my pregnancy and delivery. That experience alone deserves another positive review! She's the type of doctor who remembers you and your history which shows how much she truly cares about her patients. I've recommended her to friends and family, and they've all said how grateful they are to finally have a doctor they can trust.

I had to reschedule my appointment because when I showed up, I was told they do not accept my insurance. After making several calls and talking with my insurance, we found out the problem was that the system had me scheduled under my maiden name and my insurance is under my married name. This should've been an easy fix but instead required me a canceled appointment, rescheduled second appointment and many unnecessary calls. Otherwise, my care during the appointment was excellent. I love Dr. Kiseleva and always feel in good hands with her. She is working with me to figure out an issue and trying to get me in the best position for starting a family.

Dr Kiseleva is an outstanding Physician and I've loved having her as my OBGYN during my pregnancy. Her office staff has changed over my pregnancy and the team they have up front now are really great. Only complaint, is the longer wait times, however Dr Kiseleva spends a lot of time with each patient, and I've never felt rushed by her, which I appreciate. I have not had the easiest of pregnancies and have felt very supported and informed every step of the way.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Kiseleva and I was very happy with both her and the nurse. Their demeanor was friendly and inviting and even though it could have been awkward, seeing a new doctor for the first time, I felt very at ease.

Dr. Kiseleva is amazing! Knowledgeable, kind, and a great communicator. I was a new patient so it was just hard to get the first appointment quickly, which was an issue because my condition was escalating. My PCP reached out to Dr. Kiseleva and I am very grateful that they were able to move my appointment from April to February. Later when I called their office after a hemorrhage, they were great and got me in the same day for testing and consultation. I really appreciate this doctor and her staff.

Regarding logistics, I was in the waiting room for 30mins past appt time, think the receptionist forget about me. I had to ask/remind her. However, Dr. Kiseleva came to see me within minutes of being placed into the patient room so the rest was a breeze.

Dr. Kiseleva took my issues seriously and provided me with a prescription to get my breasts examined. She assured me that it was for preventative reasons and calmed my anxieties about the exam. I was able to schedule the imaging a few days after my checkup with Dr. Kiseleva and it went very well. I really appreciate her being proactive with my care!

Dr. Kiseleva herself is a wonderful doctor - I live in the Valley and she is the only provider I've kept on the west side because I appreciate her manner and the time she takes with me. I would recommend her as a doctor. The office staff fluctuates between neutral and straight up rude, depending on who you talk to. I had to call them 3 separate times to send over a prescription.

1. Ultra sound was done very skillfully and the tech provided kind, helpful information about the process. 2. Dr Kiseleva Is great. I see multiple specialists as I age, so I'm aware of different physician styles and skill sets. I appreciate that Dr Kiseleva is very knowledgeable, caring, patient and thorough.
