Dr. Crystal Fancher she's wonderful human being who she cares what my health concern and answered my question with suggestion and assurance. I was drawn to her positive energy and professionalism! Although it's my first time seeing her she made me feel comfortable communicating with her of my health concern. As well all the staff from front desk to the back staff. We women concerning our Breast issues sometimes it's scary to be in that place, but with all the health provider and staff who works there they make you feel at ease! That's my opinion! I am very fortunate to have Dr. Fancher as my surgical oncology physician. She is the "Gold Standard" of what a doctor should be - genuine, excellent bedside manner and an exemplary human being!

Dr. Fancher & team are all fantastic. Extremely empathetic and listen to my concerns w/previous and potential future breast cancer. She helped to move up an ultrasound to determine if a lump is cancerous. On my own, next available ultrasound date was too far away. It was also difficult to communicate with and get a date from your outsourced appointment schedulers. Please go back to in-house appointment scheduling.

Dr. Fancher embodies the meaning of care provider. I'm fortunate to have her as a my expert specialist on my breast issue. I came in scared, worried and she put me at ease, as always. She was patient, kind, respectful and gentle. She goes above and beyond every single time.

Dr. Fancher is a wonderful and caring doctor. This visit was for a 6 month follow up for my cancer surgery. She is very knowledgable and makes me feel heard. She took her time with me, she really listens and I did not feel rushed at all. She explains things very well and in a caring way. When I was first diagnosed 6 months ago she made time and got me in to see her right away and I had never seen her before. This was a terrifying time and the fact they called me back to get me in and to all my pre surgery appointments and surgery fast as well made me so very grateful.

Approachable, easy to talk with, always makes sure that my questions are answered, appreciate her ability to thoroughly discuss risks and benefits of potential interventions.

Dr. Fancher was excellent at explaining what was going to happen, my options, her recommendations and answered all my questions. She was able to move up a biopsy appt and called to help get my genetic testing done easily. I was very impressed with the appointment which is how I chose her.

Wonderful doctor

Dr. Fancher is caring and compassionate; she is unhurried, takes the time to listen and engage. As a mBC patient and a senior, I have too often feel "objectified" and shut down or dismissed when I talk to doctors. Oncologists seem over-scheduled, protective of their time; no doubt they hear the same patient anxieties expressed again and again. Defensively perhaps, they brush these off with assurances that everything is "normal." Of course, nothing is normal about medicine side effects or cancer symptoms to one who is experiencing them. Dr. Fancher was my breast surgeon. When I first met her, she took the time to open up my imaging files with me to explain how she was looking at them and what was concerning to her. She said, decisions about the parameters of surgery, were mine to make. She answered all my questions, which supported me in doing that. Each time I have seen her since for followup, I have left her office uplifted. I can have an engaged conversation with her, ask her anything. I have confidence in her opinion, and I wish I had more doctors like her.

Dr Fancher was recommended to me and it was the best recommendation I never had. She is a good listener, takes time to review and explain all options, extremely knowledgeable, she has established a trust, the surgery she performs was a success and I know that at any time if I have questions, I can call her or email her and I will have an answer. The best experience I had during the past year.

This is my first encounter with having breast cancer the staff and providers made it easy to schedule appointments to keep my appointments to help me as much as possible to give me all the resources I needed in order to help me with my financial abilities to pay. Cancer is a bad, unsetting situation but the care that I received with this provider's office made everything so much easier and less hard to take, and one less thing to worry about.

I have never felt so cared for or calm in a medical environment before. The staff were kind and so helpful and my doctors were full of information and took as long as necessary to talk to me. There was no rushing me to see the next patient. I was lost as far as the next step and the office staff arranged everything for me. I must admit that I had no stress or anxiety about the whole process. My cancer aside, the whole process was pleasant. My only negative is the price of the parking. It's a bit high to me. But that's just my opinion.

This was an urgent thing that came up. I was in SO CAL from Wyoming. I found a lump in my breast and Dr Fancher saw me the next day I had a mammogram and ultrasound and results were immediate. This took so much worry away. I am returning to Wyoming and we don't have this caliber of care there. Than you so much.
