Overall, I had a very good experience starting with the front desk (genuinely helpful) to Dr. Carolyne, who helped me with my anxiety during a Pap test. She was so great, patient making the Pap test the smoothest, painless I've ever received. I felt so grateful to her after my visit. The staff person at the exit was also very helpful. A "10" experience. Great team!

Dr Park listen to what I was complaining about help me through everything that need to be done and she was very concerned about my pain and well-being

I am new in this clinic WHC and looking for a new Gyneocologist and definitely I found one! Dr. Carolyne Parks she's pleasant to speak too and very patience. She's gentle while doing the exam. I felt no pain. Talking female and personal health it's sometimes difficult to discuss but with her I felt very comfortable and at easy! Most definitely we covered what all needed to discuss in regards of my female health. I like to stay with Dr Carolyne Parks as part of my health team and Saint John Providence as my provider for all my health needs.Gratitude!

I missed my original appointment that day, and Dr Parks and the admin staff went out of their way to make sure I still got in by the end of the day. It really showed how they care about their patients. I have already recommended Dr. Parks to more than one friend because I feel so confident in her abilities as a doctor, both clinically and with her reassuring bedside manner.

I returned to this practice after 20+ years since we moved back to California from Chicago. They saw us through pregnancy and delivery of our first two children, and I'm happy to say the practice is as good as always.

Dr Parks is very kind and listens carefully & is both respectful and responds well and clearly to any questions or concerns. I am always very impressed with her professionalism while being friendly and approachable. My only critique would be that I waited for 30+ minutes in the exam room for her to arrive and then spent less than 10 minutes being seen. I understand it was a busy day in the office & wait times do happen - the care just felt a bit rushed in this particular visit.
