My visit to the Playa Vista campus was unusually busy due to the Palisades fire. So my wait time was longer. It was understandable. Dr Nishikubo is one of the best physicians I have ever had!! She is empathetic , patient and truly cares about her patients!! I adore her!!

Dr. Nishikubo gives genuine care not only in her field but also gives good advice for any other issues that might be a concern. Dr. Nishikubo is wise, kind and compassionate. I feel very fortunate to have her as my hematologist.

There have been no bad experiences. One time I forgot to schedule a follow up appt. Office staff graciously & in a timely manner were able to find a time that worked for me, tho I'm sure that was not easy. Dr Nishikubo is very knowledgeable, personable & able to present all information/requests clearly & confidently. I've never had to wait past my appt time, yet sufficient time is allowed during the appt for observation, information review & questions answered. Last appt-Dr. Nishikubo personally called me on my way home to notify me of a high lab value on blood just drawn in her office during my appt. She discussed her concern. This, to me is unbelievably amazing, & much appreciated!!!

The provider was prompt and spent a good deal of time with me.

My care provider is excellent. I had such a long standing warm and comfortable relationship w my last oncologist that it is hard to have that same level of comfort w this provider in this short period of time The front office staff is not at all welcoming or friendly and for heaven's sake stop w the temp taking when you walk in. It's ridiculous at this point!

Dr. Nisha Kubo has always been aware of what is happening with me and provides follow up if she's prescribed a new prescription and has always been available for me if I have a question. I have never felt rushed.

This was an Annual Exam with an Oncologist who examines specific areas of the body & blood lab test results to follow up on breast cancer. This MD is a well regarded & capable practitioner. The combination of physical examination & lab blood work this practitioner employs provides the necessary assurance that I continue to be well.
