I was sad to hear that Dr. Nishikubo will be retiring. She truly is one of the best medical doctors I've ever had in my lifetime.

Dr. Nishikubo gives genuine care not only in her field but also gives good advice for any other issues that might be a concern. I also very much appreciate that she doesn't make me come into the office just to give me my test results like so many providers do just to make another buck off patients. I'm always struggling financially so this is very important. I feel that most people in the industry, most doctors in our country, became doctors not to help people but to make money which is very disappointing. In other nations, healthcare is a service not a business. WE SHOULD HAVE FREE UNIVERSAL healthcare FOR ALL!

There have been no bad experiences. One time I forgot to schedule a follow up appt. Office staff graciously & in a timely manner were able to find a time that worked for me, tho I'm sure that was not easy. I've never had to wait past my appt time, yet sufficient time is allowed during the appt for observation, information review & questions answered. Last appt-Dr. Nishikubo personally called me on my way home to notify me of a high lab value on blood just drawn in her office during my appt. She discussed her concern. I had such a long standing warm and comfortable relationship w my last oncologist that it is hard to have that same level of comfort w this provider in this short period of time The front office staff is not at all welcoming or friendly and for heaven's sake stop w the temp taking when you walk in. It's ridiculous at this point!

This was an Annual Exam with an Oncologist who examines specific areas of the body & blood lab test results to follow up on breast cancer. This MD is a well regarded & capable practitioner. The combination of physical examination & lab blood work this practitioner employs provides the necessary assurance that I continue to be well.
