Cameron Mazda, the clerks, and receptionists, were all very helpful! They all deserve a raise!!!!!!

When calling front desk, I was initially told I needed to go to urgent care, I wasn't clear on why I could not schedule with NP. I called 2-3 times Once seen , Cameron Mazza was truly great.

Dr Cam got me healthy in no time I was sick as a dog and he was efficient, smart and I can't say enough good things about him or how I was treated.

I had a fall and the provider took card of matters immediately

The np actually took the time to listen to me explain something to him that he did not know (because much of women's health is not taught in med school) about birth control and antibiotics. He looked it up and shared with me that he found I was correct. That was great and unusual.

NP was very caring an like his bed side manor.very warm

Cameron recognized that I needed immediate care and promised he would call the ER to let them know I was on the way, and to tell them what tests he would recommend. He did all that, for which both my daughter and I were very grateful.

He was really great. I feel lucky I was seen by this provider in urgent care. Great personality, shared information about my condition, did a test to help diagnose my sudden hearing loss, showed compassion and care and referred me to a specialist. It was one of the best medical visits I have experienced.

Erin Banks was wonderful; she listened to me and gave lots of advice. Spent more time than the doctor would have. I had some semi-urgent questions before traveling in Sept & Oct, and the doctor's first available was in November; the nurse practitioner was booked almost that far out. Luckily there was a cancellation and I was able to get in last week. By then the urgency had diminished, but I got lots of useful info from Erin.

She was thorough and thoughtful in her interactions. She gave me options for my next procedure and talked through them all. She did not rush me through the visit. This is a new doctor / practice since my previous doctor has now retired. They had a high bar to cross but did so easily.

I appreciate having the opportunity to see Erin, the PA in the office, as my general GI doctor is not normally available. It has been a challenge to schedule timely appointments or hear back from my GI. Erin, on the other hand, has made it easier to get questions answered in a timely manner and is generally more available to see me (within a month - which still feels like too long). I have also had issues in getting procedures done in a timely fashion. At some point, your providers may want to consider saying they are no longer accepting new patients if they are having a hard time meeting the needs of their current patients due to their extremely limited availability.

I couldn't have been more delighted to receive care from someone as kind, attentive, & knowledgeable as Erin. She really put me at ease.
