The doctor was very smart and had all the answers I was looking for

I didn't know anything about Sant John's until my daughter just recently gave birth to my very first grandson. She told me all about the hospital. I actually haven't gone to any physician in the US for more than 2 years, as I now live in South of France, so I was very impressed how I was treated very caring and kindly. Dr. Mazza especially, he was very pleasant to talk, very warm like visiting my old friend, he took time to listen and respond. The entire team at Saint John's was amazing. I'll definitely refer to any one in the future if needed referrals.

This was my 1st visit to Urgent Care. I only went because my primary care physician does not have office hours on Fridays & his partner only works until 12 noon on Fridays & had no openings. They directed me to go to Urgent Care & I just walked in - no appointment. It was great ! Only waited 3 minutes to be seen. Dr. Cameron was terrific. I would come back again if neede.

The np actually took the time to listen to me explain something to him that he did not know (because much of women's health is not taught in med school) about birth control and antibiotics. He looked it up and shared with me that he found I was correct. That was great and unusual.

Erin Banks was wonderful. She was very thorough in her discussion about the procedure I am going to have. She took time to answer any questions and asked questions about my history as this was my first visit with her. This is the way people want to be treated and should be treated. I would recommend this office to anyone. Overall staff were professional and respectful.

I appreciate that my pcp's office calls me back or sends a message in a timely manner. My GI doctor and NP also respond to me very quickly. ZI have no complaints about any of my doctors in this network.

I appreciate having the opportunity to see Erin, the PA in the office, as my general GI doctor is not normally available. It has been a challenge to schedule timely appointments or hear back from my GI. Erin, on the other hand, has made it easier to get questions answered in a timely manner and is generally more available to see me (within a month - which still feels like too long). I have also had issues in getting procedures done in a timely fashion. At some point, your providers may want to consider saying they are no longer accepting new patients if they are having a hard time meeting the needs of their current patients due to their extremely limited availability.

I couldn't have been more delighted to receive care from someone as kind, attentive, & knowledgeable as Erin. She really put me at ease.

The doctor is excellent. Getting an appointment is near impossible and involves delays of months. The nurse practitioner, Was, wonderful, warm, helpful, effective and knowledgeable.
