Providence PatientI saw the doctor via Urgent Care. I appreciate them seeing me as quickly as they did. The doctor was clear about treatment for my issue and the nurse who I saw was very kind when I was feeling really terrible. I truly appreciate it.
Providence PatientThe doctor was terrific. He was proactive and took my concerns very seriously. He took time to review test results with me. The wait time was a bit long. I came in without an appointment, as I had hit my head in the bathroom and sought care quickly. A nurse saw me in the waiting room almost immediately, but then I waited over 45 minutes to see the doctor. After tests were run, I was told to wait in the exam room to see the doctor again. After another 45 minutes or so, I went to the front desk to ask the status. I was told that the doctor would be notified that I was waiting. After another 10-15 minutes, the doctor came into the exam room and was surprised to see me. He said no one told him that I was waiting. I would recommend the doctor to anyone in need of urgent care.
Providence PatientDr. Kimiabaksh was very professional, empathetic, encouraging, and provided me space to process while he listened. I would recommend him.
