This doctor showed care for me, not just medical care but cared about my life. He took time to help me look at a recurring illness in a new light even this was urgent care. He is terrific.

Dr. Kimiabakhsh is the first provider to actually offer me helpful and meaningful care. I have been to countless doctors who just ignore my pain and tell me everything is normal. Dr. Kimiabakhsh actually listens and points me to specialists that are great at what they do. In just a week of care, I have felt more heard than ever compared to all my previous doctors. I am so glad I switched to this provider.

In all my 77 years, I NEVER, NEVER, NEVER had such a good experience with ANY doctor. He duplicated fully what I was saying to him, was SUPER FAST, all his communications to me showed that he understands what he is talking about, that he loves helping people, that he loves his profession, that he is able to think outside the box and not be robotic. He was not trying to be interesting or show off. He was not arrogant and was able to understand my viewpoint and respect my wishes and preferences. I trust him fully. He was fast and correct in his ability to see what is important and what is not so important or urgent. It felt like he was reading my mind, not overwhelming me with treatments that might have been needed, but would add too much at once. He is setting a great example of how a physician shout treat people.

My visit with the doctor was amazing. He's a great doctor. Very thorough explains everything I would recommend him to all of who I know.

Dr Kia has Ana maxing bed side manner. He is very professional and listens to all your concerns without rushing you . He spends time listing and also gives you all the possible options for the best plan of care . He is very kind & patient .

He doesn't rush, he is thorough, he cares, he's extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, empathetic, and has a very positive attitude and always makes me feel like I'm a deserving human being, a patient he cares about, and gives me great advice on how to achieve my long life goals. I enjoyed meeting my new PCP for the first time. The doctor made me feel heard and was quite knowledgeable and concerned for my well being.

I saw the doctor via Urgent Care. I appreciate them seeing me as quickly as they did. The doctor was clear about treatment for my issue and the nurse who I saw was very kind when I was feeling really terrible. I truly appreciate it.

Amazing experience. Kind and helpful

The doctor was terrific. He was proactive and took my concerns very seriously. He took time to review test results with me. The wait time was a bit long. I came in without an appointment, as I had hit my head in the bathroom and sought care quickly. A nurse saw me in the waiting room almost immediately, but then I waited over 45 minutes to see the doctor. After tests were run, I was told to wait in the exam room to see the doctor again. After another 45 minutes or so, I went to the front desk to ask the status. I was told that the doctor would be notified that I was waiting. After another 10-15 minutes, the doctor came into the exam room and was surprised to see me. He said no one told him that I was waiting. I would recommend the doctor to anyone in need of urgent care.

Dr. Kimiabaksh was very professional, empathetic, encouraging, and provided me space to process while he listened. I would recommend him.

I really liked Dr. K. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He referred me for two test and they confirmed his hypothesis about my symptoms. He clearly understands how the body works. From a muscular-skeletal standpoint. I asked some follow-up questions through Mychart and he answered right away very thoroughly and thoughtfully. I am following through on all of his recommendations. Fingers crossed I won't need any invasive treatments. I appreciate this doctor.

I missed my original appointment that day, and Dr Parks and the admin staff went out of their way to make sure I still got in by the end of the day. It really showed how they care about their patients. I have already recommended Dr. Parks to more than one friend because I feel so confident in her abilities as a doctor, both clinically and with her reassuring bedside manner.

I returned to this practice after 20+ years since we moved back to California from Chicago. They saw us through pregnancy and delivery of our first two children, and I'm happy to say the practice is as good as always.

Dr Parks is very kind and listens carefully & is both respectful and responds well and clearly to any questions or concerns. I am always very impressed with her professionalism while being friendly and approachable. My only critique would be that I waited for 30+ minutes in the exam room for her to arrive and then spent less than 10 minutes being seen. I understand it was a busy day in the office & wait times do happen - the care just felt a bit rushed in this particular visit.
