This provider really listened to me and gave a lot of useful info. My issues are with the overall care provided by Providence, no one is looking at the big picture. But Dr. Ko is wonderful

The doctor was excellent. Following up with the front desk staff was no as pleasant. The answers I got on MyChart from front desk staff made me think I was annoying them. They could use more education on how to talk to or write to patients.

Dr. Ko listened carefully to every detail of my explanation for wanting professional advice. I especially appreciated that she spent time gently touching and probing my left knee. She found the replacement device "tilting" a little, that I had slight swelling, and a small amount of fluid in the knee. That's what I call being thorough and professional. Some doctors only look at the knee to make an assessment.

After Dr. Ko completed two injections and then started packing up, I spoke up about another trigger point area that was causing me concern, and she happily prepped another round to make sure we addressed. She made me feel safe and comfortable in speaking about my health concerns.
