My care provider really listens to me and works hard to try and provide solutions to getting me back to myself again. I feel like he's an excellent partner in my health and I can trust him to work with me in helping me achieve my goals. When something isn't working we can move on to an alternate treatment option and he's always there to support that and I really appreciate that. He also supports a well rounded approach with diet exercise and Physical therapy as well.

Dr. Balki took his time to carefully inquire about all my concerns. He did a very comprehensive overview and ordered blood samples and a urine sample. I appreciated his super sleuthing and examination. I was extremely relieved when he said it did not look like lupus. I will look forward to our follow up consultation to review the results. These could not have been causing my symptoms , and since I haven't been sexually active since my last test, there's no way I could have them. That said, I would come back to Dr Balki if I ever needed a rheumatologist.

I advised the person taking my blood for tests that I had small rolling veins and she listened to me and provided a butterfly needle, as well as told me which vein seems to be the best (which was an added bonus for me). Follow-up instructions were clear, and I was provided with printouts upon leaving. I was able to make a follow-up appointment onsite without issues.
