Dr. Balki is a hoot, that means, he was funny, engaging and just fun. He spoke to my mother about her health, background, exercise routine and when he found out we are Okinawan, he went nuts. He watched a Netflix show, "Blue Zones." Okinawa is one of them. Now he wants my mom to adopt him and take him with her when she goes in December. She loved every minute of the appointment. I switched to Dr. Elbalkhi because he is in my insurance network, while my previous Rheumatologist was not. While I loved my previous doctor, I did not feel the same about her staff and assistant. Dr. Elbalkhi's staff and nurses are extremely courteous and respectful, which made my entire experience with him that much better though I really felt comfortable with him. I read many positive reviews about him and his staff, and I feel the reviews were accurate. I look forward to having Dr. Elbalkhi as part of my ongoing health support.

Absolutely nothing bad. This provider has always treated me very well, spent time with me to answer all my questions, proposed different solutions for my problems, and when we eventually chose a course of actions, delivered an excellent healthcare, with regular follow-ups. I am very satisfied.

The doctor (who is a specialist I was referred to by my PCP) was knowledgable and effective. He ordered X-rays that I was literally able to walk two blocks and get immediately. The imaging people had the referral order by the time I'd gone back to my car and called them, and the whole thing was completed within two hours of my arriving at the doctor's office in the first place. It was very impressive.
