My visit for an emergency situation went extremely well. Both the doctor and medical assistant were professional and concerned about my health and safety. Everything went smoothly.

I saw "this provider" - a P A to my primary doctor -as an immediate need alternative to waiting for an available appointment with my primary doctor.

The care provider, without any further contact from us, took the time to read the follow up we received from other physicians about the accident and to communicate with us and tell us we could contact her with any further questions we might have. A rare occurrence these days in contact patients have with the medical profession.

Alexandra was one of the most personable, knowledgeable, helpful health care providers I have encountered in years. I had a tricky situation with a recurrence of a bladder infection, possibly kidney infection 3 weeks prior to urogynecological surgery. After not being able to get my surgeon to respond to my concern that I had another UTI 2 days after going off Reflex, I went to urgent care. Alexandra answered all my questions and put me on a longer course of Reflex which I later found out was what my surgeon would have done had I been able to reach him. She saved me from days of pain and helped me recover from an infection that may have interfered with scheduled surgery. She was very clear about all the issues involved.

One of the best physician assistants I have ever seen -- extremely thorough, thoughtful, attentive -- and when she did not know how to proceed, she asked the overseeing doctor of the practice to step in. I admire doctors who don't pretend to "know" everything and actually have the humility to ask another experts opinion. Highly recommend this doctor.

When I was there, I saw physician assistant Alex and I absolutely loved her. She took so much time with me and explain things to me. She went over and above my expectations. I would love to continue to see her.

PA Reivitis provided care with love and passion. Made me feel comfortable. The PA explained everything very well.The front desk staff was friendly and courteous.

We don't normally see a PA. Because of my partner's complex health history, I would have preferred he see the MD he has seen before at urgent care. I felt I was having to do more informing and alerting about his history and prescriptions than was usually necessary, in order to assure that her recommendations were safe for him. She was kind to me and eager to be sure I had the care I needed, because I was coming down with the same virus; but overall, I kind of hoped we had received the best advice. It's not clear to me why a PA was seeing patients in general urgent care--I thought that happens more in tandem with specialists, not independently. She was gracious and professional, but my partner got much worse at first, until we figured out he was taking one of the recommended medicines during the wrong symptom stage. He is improving now, and we continue to appreciate St John's physicians and all the care we both have received in various general and specialty health offices.

Dr Alex was great

I saw her in Urgent Care on 9th and Wilshire. I walked in without an appointment. I suspected I might have a sinus infection. After a brief wait (under 15min) I was shown in to room. A nurse took my vitals - she was efficient and pleasant. After 20min or so the PA came in and conducted my exam. She agreed it was likely a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. She was thorough and pleasant. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience. I always go to this Urgent Care when I need medical care. They are great.

Alex was kind, patient, and very warm. It felt like I was talking to a friend, or someone I've known for a while, who was incredibly educated in the medical field.

I will be vacationing outside the country for Christmas so I needed an accurate assessment of my concerns re: my sore throat. This PA was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful & by following her guidance, we were able to get the proper diagnosis & be able to proceed. This Urgent Care facility is the best, & since the fires, I have had to use them a few times, each one of which was spot on for all the categories you asked me to consider. I always DO highly recommend this Urgent Care. And my doctor's office is upstairs, so everyone knows everyone, & I always get the best care, for which I am very grateful. Thank you.
