Nurse Practitioner
Ashley Russo, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in breast health at the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center. With over 11 years of clinical experience, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She has worked in the primary care setting as well as in subspecialties, including pulmonary, sleep medicine, eating disorders, and pediatrics.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University and is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, which anchors her holistic approach to care and allows her to be mindful of both the physical and emotional aspects of health.
Her care philosophy centers on creating a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered. She is passionate about proactive care, patient education, and creating a team atmosphere with her patients to help them make confident decisions about their health and well-being.
