This was my first visit to the office. My provider had limited health information about me but asked Important questions to gather more information Everyone was very nice and respectful.

Dr Spence is our new primary care physician so our visit was as a new patient. Dr Spense was great all we needed for this visit. She listened and then gave us the referrals and info we needed and set up our physical visit in July as that is the soonest we could get our appointments together.

I've had such a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Spence that I've transferred both of my teenage daughters to be under her care as well. Doctor Spence is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has a lot of compassion in practicing medicine. I find nowadays doctors don't care anymore and Dr. Spence does care 100%. The wait was short. Every team member were respectful and kind. I had a good experience overall. Only wish the parking validation issue was noted before patient visit. They used to validate but no longer offer that service so I had to pay for quite an expensive fee for that.

This visit was a first meeting and physical exam to establish care. The office was quite busy, but I felt Dr. Spence spent the appropriate amount of time with me which included reviewing my medical history, completing an exam, assessing my care needs, and discussing referrals. My lab tests and referrals were handled very efficiently, and I appreciated that Dr. Spence communicated test results and responded to my questions in a prompt & timely manner.
