Dr. Schaeffler was very personable and put me at ease. She seemed extremely knowledgeable and explained clearly, including the tests I would need considering my family history and my cholesterol levels. She explained how plaque develops and steps to take to stop further plaque from developing.

I am a new patient of Dr. Schaeffler's, having only seen her twice. I was impressed with the consideration she gave my concerns, her willingness to answer questions, how personable she is, and the atmosphere she fosters that we are working together for the benefit of my health. She has also been very conscientious in investigating test results that could be signs of potential problems in the future, to help me avoid those problems.

Warm, competent and interested in my care

This was a first visit and the Doctor spent ample time listening to my concerns asking about my lifestyle and explaining things. She was calm and concerned, able to explain thing well and I trusted her knowledge.

She was attentive, a good listener, a great explainer of what was involved and it may have been the most complete and informative conversation I have ever had with a doctor.

Dr was fantastic and we have a plan.My only issue was that I did not get a reminder about the appointment.

This was my FIRST visit with Dr. Schaeffler, but she sized up the problem very quickly and I feel will change mostlyMedication. Activities are important also and she took the time to question me on this aspect also. At the moment I am wearing a monitor and that will be checked by her and the staff. BUT in all aspects, I liked her approach and herEvaluation of what I have not been getting previously.

The Dr. Was excellent! I was seeing her for her specialty in cardiology and she didn't disappoint. I have a number of follow-up tests scheduled, and have found the staff to be quite helpful with that.

Dr. Schaeffler was great. She asked a lot of questions and spent a lot of time getting to know me and my health issues. She allayed my fears about my first visit to the cardiologist. She was clear and explained what would transpire, my medications and a moving forward plan. I wish more doctors were like her.
