Dr. Jill Wei is an excellent doctor and knows how to balance the patient's needs, concerns and beliefs with her knowledge, expertise and health recommendations that make me feel seen, cared for and respected. I'm more holistic and vegetarian and she makes me feel respected in her questions about "are you getting enough protein" etc. She respects the patients beliefs and boundaries! I didn't answer some questions because the reference 3 months and I didn't see her. I saw Dr. Wei for my annual physical.

The usual front desk/admin is a whole different (unfortunate) story, although at this most recent visit it was an entirely different crew working and had no problems In my limited Interactions with them. Usually calls to the front desk take forever, and are most often unproductive or counterproductive-even for things as easy as scheduling. But I love Dr. Wei herself so much that it's worth dealing with that frustration. Plus, Dr. Wei or her PA respond to e-massages super quickly and reliably, so I can just avoid the front desk if it's important.

I don't know how better to sing the praises of Dr. Jill T. Wei Doherty. I've been to dozens upon dozens of different doctors throughout my life, and she's the first one - genuinely the very first in my 30+ years of medical history - that I've ever planned my medical coverage around, just to ensure I get to go back to her (and her incredible team). She should be the blueprint for all medical practitioners, guiding others along to be as kind, respectful, caring, knowledgable, respectful, and thorough as she is. On top of that, nearly all of her specialist recommendations for me have been just as incredible as her - and the rare single time they weren't, she assisted with a replacement without delay, without begging, without questioning how I felt. For the first time in my life, I have a medical team that I can fully trust with every aspect of my wellbeing, instead of any of them being an added stress point for my mental health, as well as physical health. That team and my successes and progress in my health all comes 100% down to Dr. Wei, and I can't express strongly enough in words just how grateful I am to her. Whatever accolades there may be, she deserves every single one of them, and if they ever require someone to speak to that, I will always be the first in line for her - always.

The providers offices are always clean and it's comfortable to sit the reception area. The staff is always nice and Dr. Wei is so pleasant to work with.

Dr Wei is warm, patient and attentive. The office sends exam and lab test results very promptly as well as follow up questions on how we might like to proceed. I think I would like to chat about it a bit rather than doing this all online but I get the feeling it's up to me to call or request this. I'd like some explanation on lab tests (re:vocabulary/terminology) and maybe Dr's recommendations.
