About Kerry-Ann Sleep-Frankel LPCC

Kerry-Ann Sleep-Frankel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and trauma trained therapist who has experience providing individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults of diverse populations. Kerry-Ann is passionate about the area of posttraumatic growth, as well as creating safe healing spaces for marginalized communities. Kerry-Ann’s therapeutic foundation is rooted in a trauma-informed, person-centered and feminist therapy approach to treatment. She believes that patients are the expert of their lives and have the power to navigate their own life experiences using individual strengths. She sees herself working alongside the patient as they learn to cope, manage, and heal from various behavioral health challenges. Utilizing empathy, validation, empowerment and skills teaching in therapy, her aim is to create a safe environment where patients can embark on their journey of personal growth. Through the support and consultation of the collaborative care team, she believes patients can find strength, balance and self-embrace.
